Location, plot and villa ideal

The location, close to Barcelona, the airport and the sea are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The plot with enough space, the wonderful pool area and the spacious villa are nice for a group of 6 people. The cleanliness inside of the villa including the linen and towels meet the standards. The responsiveness of Maria was outstanding. The villa is a bit outdated.

Lovely Villa

The home was comfortable and fitted our family well. The beds and furniture were a big hit. No coffee for the first morning. With such a late check in, we were not prepared for our first morning.

Perfect place for a quiet holiday

Stayed at the Villa in August 2023 with by husband and 2 teenage boys. The place is clean, comfortable and large. The views from the balcony are stunning and you can spend hours just looking into the valley and the mountains across. Mosquitoes was a problem until we went and bought the right equipment we needed to plug in. The pool is lovely although we found it quite shallow. Shop with all you need is 3 minutes away driving. Perfect place if you want a quiet, calm holiday like we did.

Yes, if there are mosquitos, just use the plug in contraptions that are already in the villa and that would solve it, but it sounds like you didn't see them? There are various in the basket in the laundry area. We wish you could have let us know about this at the time and we could have solved the issue earlier :( The pool has a maximum depth of 2 meters. We look forward to welcoming you again soon!

The house was great, but we were missing a few items like basic cleaning product. House was extremely hot, some ac u it may be required to cool off. Fans were not enought.

Stay at Corbera Llobregat villa

The villa is located in a quiet area, up in the hills, about 25 minute drive from Barcelona. Having a car is a must. Amazing views across the mountains. We very much enjoyed the pool. The garden of the villa is full of privacy. Kitchen is well equipped. The agency helped out fast with some practical matters. Big downside is that the villa does not have any airco. During our stay in August, it was of course very hot. The air fans in the house were not able to cool the house at night. We did not sleep well as a result. Lots of mosquitos as well. I therefore think the villa could be improved by an airco system and mosquito nets.

Magnifique séjour

Maison avec une vue incroyable. Elle dispose du wifi, barbecue, piscine et d’un cuisine équipée. Les supermarchés ne sont pas trop loin. Beaucoup de balades à faire. Il est très facile d’obtenir des informations auprès du gérant. Il y a des sangliers qui se promènent dans les rues mais aucun souci. Très bon séjour 👍👍

Nice location with room for improvement

Das Haus liegt sehr gut, um Tagestouren nach Barcelona zu machen. Man braucht je nach Tageszeit und Verkehr 30 bis 50 min bis in die Innenstadt. Parkplätze hatten wir immer vorgebucht. Das hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus selber is okay, aber nicht fantastisch, wie hier einige beschreiben. Es ist alles etwas lieblos. Eine Willkommensflasche Wein oder Ähnliches darf man hier nicht erwarten. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist eher karg. Ich verstehe bis heute nicht, warum man in vielen Ferienhäusern so wenig Geschirr findet und immer so schlechte Bratpfannen bekommt. Laufend muss man die Spülmaschine anschmeißen. Der Grill war so schmutzig, dass wir keine Lust hatten ihn zu benutzen. Der Service der Agentur war durchschnittlich: Wir wollten gerne nachts die Laden zumachen und von innen verriegeln, da wir vor vielen Jahren in einer anderen Villa mal einen Einbruch hatten. Leider fehlten die Stangen zum Verriegeln der Türen. Auf meine Nachfrage bei der Agentur erfuhr ich, dass diese Stangen vom Vermieter weggeschlossen wurden und die Agentur darauf keinen Zugriff hat. Man konnte und wollte uns hier nicht helfen. Stattdessen hat man uns damit abgespeist, dass schon nichts passieren würde. Da das Haus aber nachts viele Geräusche macht, sind wir mehrfach aus dem Schlaf aufgewacht und waren schauen, ob irgendwo jemand sich an einer Türe zu schaffen macht. Sicherlich ein individuelles Problem, aber ich war enttäuscht, dass man keine Lösung mit der Agentur gefunden hat. Zusammengefasst: Wir hatt

Hi Frank. Thanks for your comments and we are sorry to hear that you had a less than perfect stay. We will review the kitchen equipment immediately; however if you were missing anything, we are very reactive and could have provided what was missing if we would have known. For the security, the metal bars you were asking for are indeed in storage as they are for permanently locking down the villa from the exterior. Here were our exact comments in which we offered some extra security options: "Hi Britta and Frank. I’ve been speaking with the maintenance department. For the front door gate, there is a small bar lock that slides into those holes holding the two doors together. It is in the plastic box in the kitchen where the spare batteries etc are kept. For the metal gates from the inside (both front door and ground level sliding doors as shown in the photos) the rods are in storage because they are not used when clients are in the property. That being said, if you want to use the alarm system, we can arrange this. To activate it, it is quite simple and you can do this from the house but to deactivate it you will need to download the app and we will need to give you the codes. Please let us know if you would like us to provide you access so you feel safer. " Your response at that time was: "I found the bar locks for the main door. Topic solved." We do not feel that our response was lacking in customer service, especially as you replied that the topic was solved? At any rate, we do our best to take care of our guests, and we will take the necessary steps to improve our service so as to avoid comments such as these in the future.

Nach zu Barcelona mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten Es Wildscheine im Dorf, die die Biotonnen besuchen. Wir fanden das allerdings eher lustig.

The house is fabulous and pool were great,

The house is fabulous and pool were great, especially the pool! I read a review that it was noisy from the roads - yes there are roads above and below the house (it’s on a wooded hillside) but there was very little traffic. It’sa residential area but all the neighbours houses are on big plots so we hardly saw anyone. The noisiest thing I heard was my children jumping in the pool! And a wild boar family with 2 piglets - surprisingly loud snuffles but very cute. The view towards the montserrat and andorran mountains is stunning, especially at sunset. The journey to Barcelona was an easy 30 minutes the local area had plenty of shops for provisions etc - although a car is necessary for your lazy (us). Downside - tiger mosquitoes. We really suffered. We brought nets for beds but I think they hire during day. I think this would be the same anywhere inland in Spain during August so we’ll be going to the coast next time for that reason only. Otherwise loved it!

Hola. La estancia en la casa fue buena. Lo único fuera de lo normal lo del AC. Que no tenía y los ventiladores eran bastante ruidosos y poco efectivos para poder descansar,(uno de techo sería genial). La casa estaba muy limpia, mucha tranquilidad, bonitas vistas y sin molestias de vecinos o ruidos . Un saludo y gracias.

The service of Catalunya casas was good. Always available for questions. The house was great. Everything was available we needed)The cleaning of the kitchen (glasses and cutelary) could have been better and we experienced quite a bit mosquito problems. Airco’s in every bedroom would give the Holliday 5 stars. We HD a great Holliday and the perfect combination for rest with visiting busy barcelona.

Se deberían instalar mosquiteras porque ya que no hay aacc. Como positivo, la profundidad de la piscina es ideal para ir con niños. La zona de barbacoa está muy bien montada y cuidada. Las vistas y tranquilidad son buenas. Las horas de entrada y salida no son prácticas, de 12 a 14h sería un buen horario para ambas cosas.

Unser Aufenthalt war toll. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit sämtlichen Küchengeräten und -utensilien. Die Ventilatoren konnten das Haus, bei fast 40 Grad tagsüber und 25 bis 30 Grad nachts, nicht mehr kühlen. Wir hatten nur mit dem Müll Probleme wegen der Wildschweine.

Beautiful location!

There were quite a few dogs barking during the night. Hedges on the front entrance stairs need to be trimmed. Pool maintenance was great! It would be nice to have basic condiments left in the refrigerator and paper towels in the kitchen. House was clean and responsiveness of the host was punctual. Garbage instructions were inaccurate-we could only find one bin at the street location specified in the manual.

Ruhe und Erholung mit Spaß

Ältere Villa mit tollem großem Pool, super Ausstattung und ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur ist top. Nur die Ventilatoren schaffen es bei fast 40 Grad nicht mehr, das Haus zu kühlen. Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht.

Rust in de drukte

Leuke woning met geweldig uitzicht en zwembad. Neem zeker een airco want het kan warm worden in de zomer. Daarnaast zijn de kleine mugjes niet fijn. Dus wel anti mug spullen meenemen.
