Sweeping Views of Ocean and Marsh Await at 5th Floor Turtle Dunes!
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this gorgeous, updated 5th-floor villa is in the ideal location on the south end of the Turtle Dunes building, located within the gated Amelia Island Plantation Resort. Enjoy beautiful ocean and marsh views from the large private balcony!
This wonderful retreat has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished with sophisticated comfort in mind. The attention to detail is obvious in this stunning villa! The remodeled kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area and two of the bedrooms offer ocean views and the third bedroom has marsh views. This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy a beach getaway.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and private full bath. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and full bathroom as well. All three bathrooms have been freshly renovated in the last couple of years. This three-bedroom villa can comfortably sleep six altogether.
The beach and pool are literally just a few steps from the Turtle Dunes building. The villa is stocked with everything you'll need for a wonderful stay, including starter supplies, luxurious bed linens, and beach towels. A stay in this gorgeous villa would be the perfect way to experience Amelia Island!
As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals.
Nearby, our Destination Amelia team also manages units 1865 and 1866 Turtle Dunes (right next door!) and others like 1806, 1807, 1816, 1817, 1825, 1838, 1844, and 1848 for families wishing to vacation together.
*Please be advised that this property is not a rental through the actual Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to the Omni hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service, or the resort's Racquet Park tennis center, which is limited to only club members and their guests for open play. However our guests can book lessons or clinics at Racquet Park and have full access to the courts at Turtle Dunes, and can fully enjoy the newly-renovated Sea Turtle Pool at the complex. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.
