Discover this spacious, renovated 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom Shipwatch Villa on the south end of Amelia Island! 1379 Shipwatch overlooks the ocean and green space in the Shipwatch Villas, a nicely manicured complex in the exclusive, gated Amelia Island Plantation community. Look no further for the perfect place for your next visit to our enchanted island!
Updated throughout, this villa is laid out over two levels, with three bedrooms and three attached full bathrooms on the lower level. On the upper level is the living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy beautiful Atlantic Ocean views from the main level and the attached private balcony.
The kitchen has been tastefully designed and is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation during your visit. Enjoy the new appliances, cabinets, and countertops.
The King Beds in two of the bedrooms and two Queen Beds in the third bedroom provide ample sleeping arrangements. In addition, this villa also features two sets of bunk beds (a total of 4 twin beds) on the lower level for extra sleeping space. All fresh bed linens are provided for our guests, along with bath and beach towels.
With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious Shipwatch complex pool, which is seasonally heated and just a short walk away. It offers a large deck with plenty of shade and a community grilling area.
Guests can also enjoy the miles of walking and biking trails in the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP.) This sprawling 1,340-acre gated community is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches.
Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf courses are Little Sandy and Oak Marsh but there are many other nice courses in the area.
As part of this rental, a custom digital guestbook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals.
