This house, located very close to Málaga city, allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the rural surroundings with easy and quick access to the city.

This charming holiday home is characterized by a rustic atmosphere, which you'll fall in love with if you enjoy the countryside. It has five bedrooms: two twin bedrooms with two single beds each, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, and one quadruple bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. There are two bathrooms inside the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The living-dining room maintains the same welcoming style as the rest of the house. The house also has a fully equipped independent kitchen.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside, you'll find several areas where you can peacefully enjoy your well-deserved holiday. The splendid porch features a chill-out area, ideal for long chats with friends. A very spacious and perfectly maintained garden, with a lawn and trees, is ideal for both sunbathing and relaxing in the pleasant shade.

Next to the pool is another chill-out area, as well as a covered barbecue area with a dining space. You can choose where to enjoy your meals while taking in the views from any corner of the outdoor area. The outdoor area also includes a bathroom with a shower and a bar with a wine rack and freezer.

Access to the property is via a paved driveway with curves; the last few meters are also concrete and have a slight incline.

Wonderful time at Casabermeja

11 of us stayed at the villa and enjoyed it all! Lovely pool, garden for playing on, many shaded areas for drinks and dining and a stunning view. Massive thanks to owner Diego for his support and gifts through the week of bread and wine!

Inchecken was uitgebreid, wel jammer dat de eigenaar alleen Spaans spreekt en het dus heel moeilijk is om alles in detail te begrijpen wanneer je zelf geen Spaans spreekt. Alle keukenapparaten (frigo's, diepvriezer, oven en gasfornuis) zijn zeer oud en eigenlijk aan vervanging toe. We hadden meermaals een probleem, maar de eigenaar stond wel altijd klaar om het probleem (tijdelijk) op te lossen.

Huis met prachtig uitzicht

Twaalf bedden maakt hetnog geen huis voor 12 personen. Twee badkamers waarvan er één geen badkamer genoemd mag worden. De meubels binnen en buiten zijn oud en versleten. Apparatuur zoals vaatwasser en wasmachine zijn zo goed als nieuw. De tuin is groot maar niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen . De tuin is onvoldoende afgezet. Tuinmeubilair is versleten en er zijn 7 goede ligbedden. Helaas grenst het huis aan een manege waardoor de overlast van vliegen echt enorm is . De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en de spullen die we misten bij aankomst zijn aangevuld. Het huis zou voor 6 personen voldoende zijn maar verwacht geen luxe.Wij hebben er een maand gezeten en hebben een prima tijd gehad

Das Haus ist sehr gut gestaltet mit schattigen Bereichen zum Essen im Freien neben dem Grill, der Außenbar mit den zwei Kühlschränken, die sehr gut abkühlen, der Dusche und dem Service, der sich neben dem Pool befindet, damit Sie nicht in den Pool müssen Haus, die zwei Ruhebereiche, die Wäscheleine hinter dem Haus, gute Parkmöglichkeiten für mindestens 5 Fahrzeuge, kurz gesagt, ohne übermäßigen Luxus bietet das Haus alles, was Sie für einen Aufenthalt auf dem Land benötigen. Das Innere des Hauses ist einfach und praktisch und bietet alles, was Sie zum Kochen und Essen benötigen, wenn Sie möchten, auf dem großen Esstisch, um Ausflüge nach draußen zu vermeiden.

He pasado una semana con amigos y niños. La casa no está acondicionada.para 12 personas. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, faltaba menaje que tuvimos que pedir. La casa en general necesita una limpieza a fondo. A los baños les faltan cosas como una mampara para no empapar el suelo cada vez que te duchas. Y es bastante incómodo y desagradable tener que tirar el papel higienico de 12 personas a una basura, encima sin cierre o tapa, porque según nos comentó el dueño se atasco la fosa séptica con el papel. La zona exterior está bien pero llena de moscas a todas horas ( algo insoportable )que también se cuelan dentro de la casa y la piscina es mucho más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos. La casa no esta cercada por lo que se cuelan perros de otras fincas vecinas. El camino de acceso a la casa es complicado y el último tramo es una pendiente no apta para cualquier vehículo. El propietario amable, ha intentado solucionar los problemas pero algunos no se solucionan en un día. Una pena porque la casa tiene potencial

De accommodatie is prachtig gelegen in een heuvelachtig gebied. Het uitzicht is geweldig. De weg er naar toe is goed te berijden al boezemt de oprit aanvankelijk, gelet op de steilheid, "angst" in. De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig aangelegd en 's avonds is de tuin prachtig verlicht. Door de diverse overdekte veranda's s er voldoende schaduw indien je uit de zon wilt zitten. Ook kun je hierdoor lekker, overdekt, buiten eten. De ligging is ideaal; je bent binnen 5 minuten op de snelweg naar Malaga en het dorpje Casabermeja, waar twee supermarkten zijn, ligt op 10 minuutjes rijden.

Das Haus und der Patio sind noch schöner als auf den Fotos, mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und auch im August erstaunlich frisch. Das Dorf ist wirklich malerisch und verfügt zugleich über mehrere Geschaefte sowie einige Restaurants. Diego hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und wir haben wunderbar erholsame Tage in Casabermeja verbracht.
