Great location with plenty of room. The hosts, Beatriz and Miguel were excellent in communicating and providing information about the area to help us!

AMAZING property - with plenty of room for a group to spread out. Right in the heart of Funchal and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend

This was a beautiful apartment. It was spacious and clean. The location was great and surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings are somewhat spartan and pragmatic. It could use some warmth to make it more inviting. The shower was never hot unless only one person showered at a time. Two of the bedrooms are connected and only have one door.We did enjoy being there and would recommend it.

Amazing city and place

The apartment was exactly as described. Stunning and the location couldnt have been better. We had a short walk everywhere. The only 2 negatives were the 1' Kitchen had an ant infestation of some kind. We were continually killing theses little bugs and 2 the landlord failed to provide the check in information until the day weren't flying in. It ws supposed to be provided 3 days before. Travelling can be stressful and not knowing how to get in to the apartment doesn't help. I asked 3 times and their response was once the apartment is clean and ready, they will send us the information.

Dear Dan, Thank you for your message. Regarding the ants, we do our best to maintain control by using appropriate measures. However, keeping the kitchen clean plays a significant role in preventing them. You could inform us let and we could provided additional ant control solutions. As for the check-in process, we had previously informed you that all details are sent as soon as the apartment is cleaned and ready, ensuring everything is prepared for your arrival. We also noticed that you checked in earlier than the standard check-in time, and we’re glad everything was in order for you. Best regards, Beatriz & Miguel Diniz
