Great experience overall. Large, clean apartment, close to all amenities. Enjoyed the lava pools and restaurants close by . Great ocean view.

Very spacious property. Unbeatable views and sunsets. Bedrooms all had a/c. Beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs as there is minimal material between them and you. Mattresses felt fairly new, just probably the cheapest that money can buy! Communication and support were 10/10. Appliances and some fixtures need some TLC. Dishwasher filter was pretty gross so we hand washed all our dishes, Kettle and cookware corrosion and worn out. With that, and after looking at it, I suspected that the water filter for the drinking water tap probably hadn't been changed in years. A couple of blankets we tried using out of the closet had sand/dirt in them. Shower screen glass covered in soap scum film and its hardware had severe corrosion. This is what you're staring at when you're on the toilet!

Location is great!

Away from the heavy tourist area and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants.A spot to safely park a rental car is available. The apartment is in a quiet community ans the stay was comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the roomy balcony enjoying a beautiful view and incredible sunsets.

Dione was fabulous, and all at Madiera Sun travel were great. Beautiful spot in a perfect place. Very clean and comfortable! If we come back to Funchal, we come back to this place!

Great Appartment

Nice appartment fully equipped, clean with excellent service from Sofia the representative and with the added bonus of a fantastic view. Conviently located with two shopping centres nearby and a bus stop across the street.

Very nice area, close to everyting, good restaurants very close to the appartment ! Missed the sun at the terrasse, but all over very satisfyed !! We are open for offers for 3-4 weeks same time next year.

Nice place

Good location and nice condo. Needs a little minor maintenance like tightening some shower heads and things of that nature. Limited towels provided. Door lock had an issue that is likely resolved.

Férias maravilhosas

A localização é perfeita, prédio calmo, vista otima! A equipa está sempre disponivel, recomendo :) Falta uma máquina de café de capsulas e uma televisão maior seria o ideal.

Bon sejour dans le quartier des hôtels à Funchal

Appartement fonctionnel avec 3 chambres et un grand balcon avec vue mer. Centre commercial à 10 minutes à pieds. Arrêt aerobus et bus pour le centre de Funchal face à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Personnel de l'agence de location bienveillant. Voisins du dessus bruyants et une chambre donne sur la rue. Appartement un peu humide. Restaurant de poissons à 2 pas de la résidence fantastique.

spacious appartment with incredible view on the beach

clean, spacious, well located unfortunately the neighbours complain about every little noise in the appartment. You can not even move the chairs without them complaining like you are having a crazy party.

Tres belle vue sur mer de l'appartement

Proche d'un centre commercial. Au debut de la ballade de bord de mer. Bus en bas de l'immeuble désservi par l'aerobus. Manque peut etre un peu de vaisselle. Appartement spacieux avec belle terrasse. Tres bon accueil de Sofia disponible pour répondre aux questions. Bref on recommande.
