The owners of this condo are very excited about everything this unit has to offer. The two bedroom unit is decorated elegantly enough to allow for entertaining guest but is comfortable enough for the perfect family vacation.
The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, 50" flat panel HDTV, and Blu-Ray player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 37" flat panel HDTV, DVD player, and a master bath with a double vanity, garden tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a 26" flat panel HDTV. The bedroom has a private entrance to the guest bathroom which also has an entrance from the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a guest could need. The dining area is elegantly decorated and will seat six with extra seating at the bar.
The building is angled slightly to the west which makes the sunsets spectacular. From the front door of the unit one gets a bird's eye view of the Seascape Golf Course and the Choctawhatchee Bay. Whether you are sitting in the living room, relaxing in the master bedroom, or sitting on the balcony, the view from this condo is wonderful. This condo along with all of the amenities provided by the Ariel Dunes II complex makes this the perfect location for a perfect vacation.
The resort has two large pools, fitness center, sauna, access to over 2,000 feet of beach, a championship 18-hole golf course, eight tennis courts, and more. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach over the lake bridge, enjoy dining at the Whale's Tail restaurant.

Nice And clean condo

Really like the master bedroom with the private restroom. The condo was nice and clean and I do recommend anyone to stay there. The beach is walking distance. I really enjoyed myself.

Terrible Situation

Was told 2 hours before check in, there was an issue with our unit. No confirmation with me prior but stated it was the only unit available because of the holiday weekend and was left with no choice but to stay. 10 hours from home. Was moved to a different one. Was put in a 2 bedroom duplex. No beach view. Had to drive to beach. Surrounded by partying, loud noise, and smell of weed. Air was not working when we got there. 1 full size bed. 1 twin over full bed and pull out. Beds were super uncomfortable. Yard area was grown up and nasty. Parking was terrible and only had 2 vehicles. The place was small and we were literally on top of each other. Dryer melted my shorts! The door code didn’t work and had to call and wait on hold for a new code. TVs didn’t work. The “boss” was off during the busiest time of the weekend and wasn’t able to speak with me. Had a representative trying to be middle man & currently on day 3 of waiting for a response. Representative mentioned the owner may offer “a free stay later” instead of a refund. Overall, awful experience and will not book through this resort again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love our rental and it looked just like the pics. The place was clean and in a great location within a 5 min, walk to the beach. It was perfect for 2 friends just wanting to relax for a few days. Ariel Dunes II has 3 swimming pools. One was closed for maintenance, but there was still plenty of room. The balcony view was amazing ! We also loved that it had a washer and dryer. The only thing that would have made it totally perfect was better communication from the rental company before check in and there was no hair dryer available, also a beach cart and chairs with umbrella provided would have been great. I had to reach out for any questions prior to my stay. I will say they had great communication with text for checking in , and for what to do if there were any issues and for check out. You can rent the umbrella and chairs from the rental company , La Dolce Vida. It was Labor Day weekend and we were able to get an umbrella and 2 chairs for $28.50 ( this is the half off price offered by the unit) . Regular price is twice that . The chair rental is done by taking your discount card down to the beach. You sit down in an available set of chairs and the. Attendant will come by and charge you for the chairs. We paid cash. Not sure if other payment is available . You have to go down there extremely early to at least reserve your chairs if you want front row beach. We went around 9 am and was able to get 2nd row chairs. They keep the chairs up until 5 pm . We had to look to find available ones past 9 am, but the chair attendant said they always have chairs available . This was an amazing stay . There is no one at the desk in the lobby to help with question , but Seascape does provide a service number . We didn’t need to use it though. Loved out stay and would recommend .

We were tired from the long drive and we were delighted our room was available upon arrival. The two bedroom unit was perfect with great amenities. The unit was clean with a beachy atmosphere. There were plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping centers, family activities, 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the breath taking ocean views were amazing. I gave 2 stars regarding the " Property Management" because a management staff wasn't available at the front desk for general concerns. "Overall , there were no complaints regarding the unit and we loved our stay !!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was nice and comfortable...some of decor was dark and heavy looking and bedding was not very inviting. We like the light, clean beachy look & feel. The one area of concern was the kitchen...not very clean when we checked in and we called and reported. Someone really needs to take a look at the cookware and utensils and see the poor condition they are in...dried food residue. Honestly there is several items that probably need to be throw away. We hand washed everything we used before using. I would be embarrassed to leave these in room for guests to use. We have never had this happen before and hopefully never again.

We were close to the outlet mall, and walking to the beach was an easy stroll!

This unit was somewhat clean (found old washcloth behind nightstand) when I went to plug in my cell phone charger. Few stains on chairs and end of bed table in spare room. Beds are comfy, kitchen had bare minimum utensils and accessories. Refrigorator makes loud noise when cooling/coolant fan is on. Building and walls are solid! Can't hear sounds from other units, nor the noise from the busy street at night. Beautiful views and breath taking sunsets. Building is well maintained with multiple clean pools.

Then the bathrooms have shutoff water values any water gets on the floor the water shuts off in the entire unit!
