Our host 3 Villas were excellent, responding to any concerns or worries rapidly. Thank you for all your hard work. For a family of 7 people we feel the villa required more indoor and outdoor furniture. However we had an excellent holiday.

Lovely villa which hosted 10 of us for a week. Pool area excellent and plenty of outdoor seating. The villa was lovely and clean on arrival and was very well stocked. Great views and a lovely quiet area. Lots of hills to navigate so be prepared for walking or taxi’s. Thanks for a lovely week

Fantastic holiday

Villa is true to the pictures and was very clean on arrival. Check in process was easy with no interaction face to face. For a family group the property lacked living space aside from the bedrooms and could have been a little more child friendly. Not the fault of the property itself but the location is a good walk away from the restaurants and beach and the walk is tough and all very uphill. There are steps but these are not suitable for buggies.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness
There was a lack of comfortable seating options. Only decent option was a small sofa - not sufficient for a 5 bed villa. It was also positioned under the AC - which dropped water onto whoever sat underneath it.Pool was very tired & worn. Broken tiles on the steps which cut my son’s foot. Pool sealant was perished & mouldy. The patio was filthy, with loose, broken tiles. The pool was not cleaned during our week stay until the morning we left. The BBQ was also filthy when we arrived. The inside of the villa was similarly bad. The grout in the floor tiles was dirty & the bathrooms had obviously not been cleaned properly in a long time. All the sink drains were blocked & toilets stained. Limescale had been allowed to form heavily over time meaning the showers were pretty grim & the shower heads only had a few holes that weren’t blocked by limescale. The kitchen bin had obviously not been cleaned because the smell was repulsive - so bad that we had to clean it ourselves on arrival. The upstairs bedroom blinds did not fit the windows properly and were severely damaged from the sun, meaning those who slept in the rooms struggled with the brightness. The AC units upstairs were also extremely loud and made many random noises. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay, especially considering the cost. The villa is looking very tired but more importantly is in need of a thorough, deep clean.

Hello Lucy We sincerely regret that your experience at the villa did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate the time you took to detail the aspects you found unsatisfactory, as your feedback is very valuable for us to improve. Regarding the pool, we would like to clarify that our maintenance staff came early in the morning to carry out the cleaning and did not find anyone at the villa at that time. In addition, the villa manager also checked personally and confirmed that there was no mold and that the water was perfectly clean. He did notice that two mosaic tiles were missing, but not that they were broken. When a tile is completely missing, it usually does not cause cuts, as the edge is rounded. We would also like to point out that it would have been very helpful if you had informed us of any issues during your stay. Whenever any inconvenience arises in the villas we manage, we act immediately to resolve it, and we would have done the same in your case. We are sorry for the inconveniences you may have experienced and we thank you for your comments, which help us to continue improving. Our goal is for all guests to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay. Sincerely, 3VILLAS
