The unit is walking distance to the Beautiful Wells Beach, Forbes Restaurant, ice cream, local shops, Roller Over Café, Love Shack Juicery, Boardwalk Arcade, playground, Billy's Chowder House and Batson River Brewery. Route One also has so much more to offer, Congdons Donuts, Congdons After Dark Food Trucks, the Steak House, Mikes Clam Shack and Hannaford Strip Mall.
