Tropical Beach Condo Getaway In Isla Verde/ Pool Free Parking on Premise

Breezy 6th floor studio apartment in the heart of Isla Verde.

Ocean view apartment with a Queen size bed and full size sofa bed. 50in TCL TV with hundresds of streaming channelsSling TV, Roku, & Netflix channels just to mention a few.

The apartment also consist of a fully equipped kitchen iron . Ironing board, blow dryer, towels, beach towels, soaps, shampoo, extra blankets and plenty of extra sheets sheets and blankets.
The condo has a pool with a bbq area, coin laundry ( there is laundry servive in the condominium, drop off pick up same day or next day.)There is also a mini gym.

The balcony has a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Isla Verde Avenue. The condo is right next door to the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel & Foxwoods Casino and soon to be opening a Draftkings Sportsbook. 1 block from Royal Sonesta, 3 blocks from the Ritz Carlton Hotel & Casino and 5 minute walk to the Embassy Suites Hotel & Casino.

The condo is a gated community with 24/7 security guard. There is free parking on premise with a beeper and parking badge fir the dashboard

The beach is in front of the building which is accessed by going around the building, this will be a 3 minute walk in either direction. There is beach access west and east of the building where you will find an array of water sports, food, beach chairs and umbrellas for rent.

There are 24 hour pharmacy 3 blocks away, 24 hour Supermarket 3 minute walk and a 24 hour mini market 5 minute walk away from the condominium as well. There are many restaurants to choose from, a wide variety of international cuisines.

Getting around the area is easy as there is a bus stop right in front of the building which cost only 75 cents and will take you all the way to Old San Juan as you go through a scenic route of the city or the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport in 5 minutes. There are taxis in front of the hotel next door or conveniently grab an Uber in front of the condo.

It is in the heart of Isla Verde which is home to some of Puerto Ricos most beautiful beaches. The beaches are less than a 5 minute walk away. The condo is next to many hotels, casinos clubs and restaurants. There is 24 hour Supermarket Pueblo which is just 2 blocks away. There are 2 big pharmacies, a small 24 mini market, and there also local and international restaurants & fast food food restaurants to choose from. Many are next to the condo and others are in walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This condominium is just outside of Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Catch a quick Taxi or Uber to the condo. Thinking of renting a car at the airport? there are also multiple car rental agencies next to the condo. Take public transportation right in front of the the condo. The condo has power generator for electrical outages (electricity in common areas) water cistern for if there are water shortages.
