Perfect stay

The apartment is very nice, clean and like in the picture. Everything you need is there. The balcony is amazing , also the view to the see and pool. Very close to the beach as well close to the city centre. We also use the parking, always find a spot under the shadow! Perfect stay

Property Review

This is a superlative location, with great access to restaurants, shops and (most importantly) the beach. The terrace was a great amenity, and we had an awesome view of the sea across the street. The apartment was clean, and the rooms were the perfect size. The owner, Heidi, was welcoming and communicative. Highly recommend this location.

Parfait pour des vacances reposantes

Location très bien placée, à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, avec piscine dans la résidence. L'appartement dispose d'une superbe terrasse et de tout l'équipement nécessaire aussi bien en cuisine, que dans la salle de bain et pour la plage. Tous les environs peuvent se faire à pied : nous n'avons pris la voiture que pour explorer plus loin les environs plus lointains. Pour les courses, le marché, les ballades, nous avons juste utilisé nos pieds. Nous vous recommandons de monter jusqu'au phare (mais'pas en pleine chaleur) pour profiter de la superbe vue. A signaler quand même que l'Albir dispose d'une plage de galets et pas de sable fin. Pour le restaurant le soir, en pleine saison, il faut mieux réserver. Heidi est sympathique et communique très bien en français.

As good at it looks

Everything about this apartment is large and the terrace is one of the best we have ever stayed in with a massive sun canopy to hide from the sun if you want to , it really does have everything you would ever need including extra heating if you go in winter , the main bedroom has plenty of storage and it also has the basic English news channels with some of our basic channels but with subtitles on . We basically had the pool to ourselves as i think a lot of the people on the complex i think were fulltime residents . The location is literally on the doorstep to restaurants/bars/ beach and 50 metres from the No 10 bus to Benidorm and Altea , the A/C in the main bedroom and living/kitchen area is very good but you will pay for what electricity you use , we hardly used it so when Heidi picked the keys up when we checked out it had only cost us 23 Euros All in all a big thumbs up from us both .
