Beautiful apartment in a great central location

I stayed here with my husband and daughter, together with another family of four, 2 adults and 2 teenage children. We stayed for 2 weeks in August. The apartment was spacious, modern and bright. The living areas easily accommodated 2 families, with 2 large balconies affording stunning views over the beach. The master suite was large with loads of wardrobe space. However the second double room was smaller than anticipated, with no aircon or wardrobes, however this did not affect our holiday in the slightest. The kitchen was fully equipped and the additional utility room with washer and dryer was a bonus. There is even a little balcony especially to dry your washing! Mario was an absolute dream host, responding to our messages immediately each time and nothing was too much trouble for him. Overall we would highly recommend this property. Thank you Mario for a wonderful two week stay!

A summer on the Costa de Almeria

OUTSTANDING property (genuinely) overlooking the long, long beach and blue skies.The easiest check in ever (although speaking a little Spanish is helpful) and the instructions from Mario on the check in process, including videos of how to unlock the doors (!!), covers EVERYTHING!As a family of seven with the youngest at 18 years of age the property worked really well as one double, two twin rooms and a single (a double bed but a little smaller as a room). Packed with all you need in the kitchen, lounge, stunning view balcony plus three other balconies. As a host Mario was exceptional and PLEASE take up his offer of restaurant reservations - nothing better than someone who knows, we had several excellent dinners in the area that we might otherwise have missed. Some watch out items for the region:1. Car is not essential once at the property but we found this helpful. Mario provided two dedicated parking spaces for us. Good supermarkets are a short drive away. 2. As we flew through Malaga we took advantage of a two night stop on route tin Granada - a must do. - prior to arrival. On the way back we made a stop in Nerja.3. Some Spanish is helpful (but not essential). The tourism that we met when in Roquetas de Mar were Spanish based but we were only met with friendliness. Ironically the only time we were met with "off hand hospitality" was in a large hotel nearby filled with international guests!4. The beach is huge and it connects to more. Consider bike hire to tour.

Parfait pour des vacances en famille

Emplacement merveilleux au bord de la mer. Logement assez grand pour un séjour agréable avec la famille. Grandes épiceries à distance de marche. Plusieurs km de sentier en bordure de la plage. Parfait pour une balade en poussette avec bébé ou la course matinale. Moins touristique que la Costa del sol et la mer est plus belle. Toutes les commodités et le propriétaire a été d'une grande collaboration et d'une grande gentillesse avant et durant le séjour.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa, tranquilo pero con todo lo necesario cerca. Limpieza un podría ser más en detalle. Jacuzzi no funciona, ni tampoco muy bien los gritos de duchas. Por otra parte cuenta con un salón maravilloso y terraza acogedora. Vistas extraordinarias
