Parking was incredibly tight but made it in eventually. (Subaru Forrester). It would have been helpful if we could have been warned to turn left not right at bottom of Bowling Green as we nearly wedged the car and took off some paintwork. The property was much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your review, and we’re really pleased to hear the property was much appreciated overall. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty with parking on arrival. We do advise in advance that the secure garage requires parallel parking and does have some restrictions, so it may not be suitable for very large vehicles. The garage dimensions are: L: 6m, D: 2.8m, H: 1.9m, and we always recommend guests check their car measurements prior to arrival. For reference, the largest vehicle the owners have successfully fitted is a RAV4 (L: 4570, D: 1845, H: 1660). The nearest alternative option is the Barnoon car park (TR26 1JF). Regarding the route guidance, we’re sorry to hear about the near miss, however we’re unable to advise against turning right at the bottom of Bowling Green as Barnoon Hill is a narrow street but remains a two-way road. We really appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We’d love to welcome you back again in the future.

Stunning house in amazing location.

We had a fantastic week in St Ives. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The garden was very peaceful and we would absolutely love to return soon.
