*** VISITING IN THE WINTER? December-March ***
Although the roads to access the cabin are paved & plowed during the winter and the driveway is gravel (as well as plowed), it is strongly recommended to visit us with a vehicle that has 4-wheel-drive.
Please check the weather prior to your visit and coordinate with us your arrival time so that we can ensure the driveway is cleared. Please note: the driveway is gravel, so there will still be some snow on the driveway upon your arrival. You'll need to make sure your vehicle is in 4WD before heading up the driveway to the cabin.
If you do not have 4WD, you can park up to 2 vehicle (max) on the intersection of Highway 14 and Roosevelt Ln and make the 1 minute walk to the driveway as a last resort.

Great location and accommodations. Short drive to visit either Zion or Bryce Canyon National Parks. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable nestled in a quiet and beautiful setting. Host was very helpful and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
Great family getaway for spring break! Fit 10 people perfectly and the foosball table was a hit with the kids. Fireplace in the main living room was great on cold mornings before we adventure on hikes. Lovely cleanly cabin with responsive hosts!
Spacious home in quiet nature-rich setting with spectacular views. Good size kitchen to prepare meals, nice deck to watch wildlife, convenient laundry, and relaxing jacuzzi tub.
What a fun place to stay with beautiful views and plenty of space for our crew of 9. The master closet was so big we used it as a sleep space for the baby. The fireplaces warmed up the rooms well and our 5 year old loved the foosball table. No stores were open when we were there so thank you for the generous supply of toilet paper and dishwasher detergent.
Our family of 8 stayed here for 4 nights as part of our Utah trip to visit the national parks. It was a great central location to Zion and Bryce. The house was beautiful and very well maintained and stocked. The owner was very helpful with our trip planning. We would definitely recommend this property and would certainly want to stay again if we're back in the area!!
To start off the cabin was absolutely beautiful and super family friendly. We had so much fun and bonded super well. It was such a perfect place to have a lil getaway to relax and unwind. Super clean place and everything was perfect overall. Will be coming back soon to have another perfect vacay
We stayed here in July for 12 days. We loved the cabin. Adults were able to spend time upstairs and kids had their own area downstairs. Was a total of 10 of us there and there was plenty of room. Communication with the host was promptly responded to.
Everything is well appointed and cared for. My family loved our stay while touring the parks. Perfect location between Bryce and Zion. I really would love to live there as it feels homey and has everything you will need for your stay.
We’ve stayed at a bunch of cabins over the years and THIS ONE IS THE BEST! We’d definitely recommend this one and will hopefully return to it again! Making winter cabin memories was a success!!!
we had a great time at this cabin, very clean, spacious, well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Because of the melting snow, the carpets in the basement are wet.
This is a great place for a family vacation! Beautiful house and location. This house exceeded our expectations! Centrally located for both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Dallin was great to work with. Timely communications and very helpful in shifting our dates when our travel plans changed. Highly recommended!
Beautiful lodge type home located in a private rural neighborhood. Pleasant views of lake, forrest and wildlife. No nearby restaurants or grocery stores so plan ahead to bring food and drink items.
This is our second time at the cabin, and we were again pleasantly surprised. The cabin was stocked with the essentials. The views were spectacular and the distance to both Bryce and Zion were close. We are off to adventuring at another National Park next but this cabin has set the bar high for a future stay.

Our family has lived in Utah our entire lives - a state with so much to offer outdoor enthusiasts. We are so excited to be able to share our favorite places on earth with you and hope your experiences are just as incredible as ours have been over the years.
Why they chose this property
The Elk Point Cabin is a place that everyone seems to fall in love with when first visiting. As soon as we drove up to it the first time, we knew it was the right one. You just get a special feeling when you stay there.
What's so incredible about it is that you'll feel secluded, but its so close to all of the key attractions nearby.
You can spread out on 7 acres, but its easy to access at the same time! Paved & plowed roads, two large driveways and tons of parking.
All that AND its less than 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. Nearby is gas, food and groceries. Lakes, Skiing, Fishing, Hiking and everything else your adventurous side could desire is all within 40 miles too!
It would be hard to pick a better place for a cabin on a map if you had the choice!
What makes this property unique
There's so much to tell you about what makes this place so special to us and to the guests who have stayed here, that it's hard to do so with such a limited character count!
- The location is truly incredible. You're right by all of the things you need, without being on top of anyone else nearby. Plus, you'll be within 40 minutes of 3 world class National Parks (2 of which are in the top 5 in the country). - Neighborhood has paved roads, unlike many other cabins in the area which are found on dirt roads that plume up large amounts of dust. - Professionally decorated with brand new, ultra-comfy furniture. - The views are serene and amazing. - Lots of space to spread out and places to gather together. My wife loves to be around everyone, while I like to be on my own sometimes. This cabin gives you all of the spaces you need to play games, eat and chat, but also separate out on your own and read a book or take a nap. - Tons of wildlife and amazing walks to enjoy nature. The cabin is literally a stone's throw away from the entrance to Dixie National Forest, with over 600 miles of hiking and exploring that awaits. - Modern comforts for people who need to work, like ultra-fast Starlink WiFi (speeds over 200 mbps, which is about 20x faster than 99% of our neighbors).
...just to name a few!
