Downstairs the townhouse offers ample living and dining areas with a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, full laundry room and two large bathrooms. The patio provides outdoor sitting accommodations and a BBQ grill. For secure parking and storage use the spacious two-car garage.

Wonderful townhouse for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids). Plenty of space, kitchen to cook our meals and laundry to wash our clothes. Close to town and close to Arches National Park. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Definitely recommend this property for families looking to stay in Moab.

This house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of room to spread out and relax at the end of the day. The pool was nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed staying here for five nights while we explored all the activities in the Moab area.

Great property for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of room so everyone had their own space. Property was very clean. Pool/hot tub area was excellent as we had hot weather during our stay. Not too crowded and pool was perfect temperature and very clean. Easy drive or walk into town. Great location to get anywhere around Moab very quickly. Property managers were very responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Moab stay

Perfect base of operations for Arches (15 minutes) and other parks, and close to town restaurants and other activities. Unit itself was clean, spacious and we would stay there again!
