This property is a 10/10! Great location in a quiet neighborhood very close to town. Property was very clean and well furnished with amazing views from the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating in the living area, kitchen and patio. Communication with host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

I wish I could give our experience staying at this property even more stars! Our host, Roanne, was so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home was even better than represented in the photos and description. It was so comfortable and a wonderful place to come home to after a full day in the national parks. So many thoughtful touches throughout the home — lotion, Q-tips, make-up remover, coffee bean grinder, and more. And Roanne began our stay with wonderful communication — even allowing us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could get in a few hikes in Arches. I can't recommend this property (and host) enough!

Don’t miss the chance to stay at the beautiful home, from the fresh coffee beans, welcome bag, and beautiful furnishings this is the perfect home for a family or friends traveling. The 2 master suites make for a perfect spot.

It was great to have washer & dryer. Kitchen was well equipped. Our 6 adults had a wonderful time! Nice that the pool/hot tub was so close. Loved the views from the back patio. Location was perfect for our activities in the area. Loved that there was lots of parking for our 3 cars plus UTV trailer. Would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoy this property. Much attention to detail as it was so well furnished in all areas. The kitchen had everything needed. The bathrooms clean with plenty of towels and products. The bedrooms decorated very nicely with comfortable beds. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended this property.

Host was wonderful. We had some potential schedule changes due to a family death and she worked thru it with us. Also had an issue with misplaced car keys resulting in a delayed checkout time and she was wonderful. Place was clean, roomy, and well furnished, Also it was quiet, beautiful views, and was conveniently located to area activities. Couldn't have asked for better place and it was a wonderful vavation.

Amazing condo in a quiet area close to Arches and downtown Moab.

Awesome condo, unbelievably clean and well stocked with towels, linens, beach towels, dishes, silverware, glasses etc and high end appliances including full size washer and dryer!!!
