3 Bedroom detached bungalow style villa, set in tranquil gardens, which are completely private to the villa boasting also its own private pool. Originally built as a home and now used for occasional lettings.There are many areas to sunbathe, relax , entertain alfresco and you can enjoy the sea views towards Fuseta beach which is roughly a 15 mins drive.

The comfortable lounge has two sofas one converts into a small double sofa bed.(which can be used by separate request) Wifi and smart TV available .
Three bathrooms two on-suite with the master bedroom and bedroom three.
Large kitchen, dishwasher plenty of worktop space and a good range of cooking utensils, cutlery, pots and pans.
The Villa has plenty of out door space. The Villa is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Moncaropacho .
Roof terrace with panoramic sea views . Plenty of out door seating and sun loungers.
Access to villa all on one level so suitable for those with limited mobility.
Arrival provision baskets provided on request.

Relaxing rural escape

We had a great time at Casa Dominica. Lovely spacious villa, immaculately clean with beautiful gardens. Situated down an unmade road but within easy driving distance to all the lovely coastal towns and fishing villages of the eastern Algarve. Warm enough to use the pool which was refreshing. Plenty of areas for sun and shade all day.

Lovely property in a tranquil location

Our group of 4 stayed at Casa Dominic late August 2023. After each busy day of sight seeing it was a pleasure to return to the home for a swim in the pool and enjoy the sunsets from the roof. We found the home exactly as described and the host responded quickly to any queries. Highly recommended for those wishing for a quiet stay in a private setting.

Beautiful, peaceful villa in the algarve countryside

What a beautiful Villa! Tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area just outside Moncarapacho, the villa was really well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The villa itself is clean and spacious, with a gorgeous pool and surrounding gardens. Can't think of a thing that would make it better other than being there longer! Would definitely return.

Amazing villa

Amazing villa!! Catered to people with physical disability, arranged for wheelchair to be deliver with contact. Villa was quiet, no neighbours...bliss. Definitely need a car to get surrounding areas and food shopping. Recommend going to Olhao and Fuseta. Will be back again. Thankyou for letting us to stay in your villa x

Fabulous Family Holiday

We have just returned from a fantastic 10 days at Villa Dominica. The villa was beautifully clean on arrival and the mid-point clean was appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and the outside areas offer a variety of sun and shade. The roof terrace is amazing - particularly enjoyed in the evenings for star gazing in the coolness Richard and Treasa were really helpful with local knowledge and any villa questions. Plenty to see in the local area and the fiat Panda even managed the track to the villa! We would love to return on day. Thank you

Lovely villa with pool in rural Portugal

The villa is very well-equipped and has everything you need to cater at home. It was extremely clean and tidy and the gardens were looked after. We liked the off-beat setting; quiet and neighbours just far enough away. Lots to do in the area. Fuseta and Barril beaches are great days out. Perhaps a parasol for use on the beach would be a good idea as rentals are quite pricey for a family. Tavira was a lovely town and the nearby 22 makes access to other towns very easy. We visited Silves which was great for castle and museum fix; try the Hidden Moorish Cafe for tapas and drinks with a stunning view. A really good villa and location for a relaxing holiday and variety of days out.

Tranquil week away in Portugal

We had a lovely stay in Moncarapacho. This house is a home away from home with all the equipment you need for a week away. It’s close enough to all the beaches/attractions whilst being remote enough to have a very relaxing and peaceful time in the hills, with little noise from the outside world. My son especially loved the swimming pool; cold to start with but you got used to the temperature quickly. I’m sure it probably is warmer in the summer - it was 22 degrees when we were there (Beginning of April). We really enjoyed our first holiday together abroad and we want to thank the owners for allowing us to use their beautiful home, giving us a chance to relax. The only thing missing was a cheese-grater!

SECLUDED STAY

Villa Dominico is beautifully situated in a quiet location a couple of miles outside the village of Moncarapacho. The property is spacious and comfortable with a large kitchen diner, a big garden including a patio and swimming pool. We stayed in February and took advantage of the south facing veranda to soak up some much needed sunshine. Although the evenings were understandably cool the wood burner provided plenty of warmth for the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering, though Moncarapacho does host two small supermarkets and several restaurants which while not haute cuisine, provide delicious and reasonably priced food. The Apetit in particular offers excellent Tapas. Nearby Fuseta has an excellent beach and restaurants while Olhao, Tavira and Loule are all nearby and worth visiting. There are a couple of neighbouring properties to the villa but the blissful peace and quiet was never disturbed. Obviously because of its location, a vehicle is a prerequisite. We would happily return to Villa Dominico.

Absolute Ruhe

Nachbarn gibt es nicht wirklich, sodass man totale Ruhe genießen kann.Das Haus wurde gut konzipiert. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer hat im Prinzip sein eigenes Bad inkl. Dusche. Das Doppelbett wird durch zwei Bücher in Waage gehalten, warum auch immer. Die Matratzen waren teilweise sehr hart oder durchgelegen. Die IKEA Küche bietet im Prinzip alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sogar scharfe Messer, was erfahrungsgemäß eine Seltenheit ist. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir im Sommer nicht genutzt, sollte aber für kalte Tage auch reichen (keine deutschen Sender, falls da jemand Wert drauf legt). Das WLAN läuft stabil und auch die Elektrik hielt, obwohl wir gewarnt wurden, das es mal zu Ausfällen kommen könnte.Der Pool ist ein Traum!Der Elektriker war beim Hausbau scheinbar die Schwachstelle, was Position von Lampen (Küche) und vor allem Lichtschalter um das Haus angeht. Viel Spaß beim suchen des Schalters für die Poolbeleuchtung!Das Außengelände ist riesig. Wirkt aber auch etwas ungepflegt. Alte Poolnudeln vergammeln im Gestrüpp. Die große Terrasse hinter dem Pool war nicht wirklich einladend und wurde von uns nicht genutzt.Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick, aber auch hier nicht sehr einladend. Eine kleine Lounge mit Tisch würde das erheblich aufwerten.Grill leider sehr mickrig. Es gäbe genug Platz um eine schöne Grillecke einzurichten.Treasa spricht blitzsauberes Englisch und auch die Kommunikation per WhatsApp lief gut.Fazit: Erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir (2 Paare) verbrachten 2 Wochen in dieser sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Villa. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Sehr angenehm waren die zusätzlichen Badetücher für den Poolbereich und Fliegengitter im ganzen Haus. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und reagierten schnell auf Fragen und Wünsche. Auch der Austausch mit dem Hausbesitzer per e-mail hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Objekt weiter empfehlen

Comunicação difícil e desconfiança

O sítio é maravilhoso mas senti sempre um nível de desconfiança do proprietário em relação a nós, possivelmente por sermos portugueses. Inclusivamente foi-nos pedido mais dinheiro, a certa altura, logo após ter passado o período de cancelamento, porque seríamos mais hóspedes dos que estava inicialmente precisto. No entanto, a lotação da casa não ultrapassava o máximo, e uma simulação para período idêntico de tempo, indicava que o valor seria o mesmo para 2 ou 5 pessoas, como foi o caso. O proprietário não é português e a casa tem todas as instruções apenas em inglês, embora seja em Portugal. Depois de fazermos o check in independente, cuja explicação estava incompleta (ha uma caixa com a chave junto à porta e um alarme no interior que não foram referidos) aparece a pessoa responsável pela casa, entra na propriedade sem qualquer aviso prévio, já estávamos em roupas de banho, instalados e confortáveis… foi muito desagradável. Os responsáveis pela casa em Portugal eram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Pediram desculpa pela intrusão, e achavam que o proprietario tinha avisado da sua ida lá, coisa que não fez, embora a comunicação tenha sido quase sempre muito rápida com ele. Outro ponto importante: o grelhador é móvel, não é uma churrasqueira integrada com apoio. No entanto, tem alguma dimensão.

Schöne Villa in absoluter ruhiger Lage!

Eine gut ausgestattete Poolvilla. Schöner Pool, Garten ein wenig vernachlässigt. Auf der Terrasse großer Tisch und mit hervorragendem Weitblick. Große Küche mit viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Schattenplätze, schöne Liegen, Mückengitter vorhanden. Pool sehr schön, leider keine Außendusche! 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett - recht schmal 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Matratzen leider durchgelegen! Äußerst schwieriger Anfahrtsweg (Schotterpiste 2 km) Sehr nette Konversation mit dem Besitzer und den Betreuern des Objekts.
