Modern apartment with views of the Ria Formosa nature reserve, its lagoon and the ocean. Located in the picturesque fishing village of Fuseta and integrated into a new luxury building.

This 100 m² apartment and its outdoor terrace with pergola and barbecue will offer you an exceptional stay.

It also has a large living room of 30m2, a fully equipped kitchen, a very beautiful terrace of 52 m2, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a total of 4 beds.

Cleaning tax to be paid on site in the amount of €60, as well as a municipal tourist tax for people over 16 years of age, in the amount of €1 per day and per person for a maximum of 5 nights between November and April, and €2 per day per person for a maximum of 5 nights between May and October.

Excellent stay

Lovely modern apartment. Ample space and great location within easy walking distance from beach and restaurants. Outdoor space great but only gets sun from mid afternoon until 4pm - not a problem with the beach close by. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful modern apartment and possibly the most spacious and cleanest I've ever stayed in. Perfectly located with local supermarket and railway station within 5 minutes walk giving easy access to Faro, Olhao and Tavira

EXCELLENT APARTMENT

We were very happy with our stay at this apartment, the communication with the owner was excellent and the facilities were very good. A short walk over the railway bridge to the town center, we could not ask for more
