Great little place

Can be difficult to spot the entrance in the dark! However a great little stop-over that was clean and comfortable. Little bit of noise from hot water tank at times otherwise fairly peaceful. Handy little food van close by which serves great sausage /bacon baps (though a little pricey for us northerners! :)

Lovely stay

Enjoyed the few days in the beautiful Surrey Hills. The property is easily accessed from Holby St Mary and was perfect location for our needs.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere

This was a great holiday cottage with everything that you need for a stay in this beautiful area. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great for my needs

I stayed in a self contained room which had its own entrance, rather than the cottage. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a 2 night stay while working in the area. I would be happy to stay again.
