This ground floor condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation in the Sea Dunes Building. Enjoy the hundred year old Live Oak Trees that drape the roads and bike paths right next to the sea. Whether riding bikes on the miles of paved bike trails, fishing, shopping, or horseback riding on the beach, there is always something to do on the Plantation! Several restaurants are also located on the Plantation for easy dinning. Ocean front ground floor 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Only a 25 yard walk to beach!!!! On site pool. Condo has 3 bedrooms with King beds. Outside patio with table and chairs. Large grassy area between condo and beach. Perfect for lawn games and for children to play or evening cocktails.
No Pets allowed and minimum stay is 7 days. No Smoking

Cute and comfy condo. Able to walk off of the back patio and down to the beach easily. Nice pool that was not overcrowded in July. Plenty of pans, silverware, cups etc for the number of people the unit accommodates. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful villa in perfect location!

We loved our week long stay at this property. The owners were wonderful, and the property felt like home with beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen, and little extras like beach chairs, local recommendations, and children’s books for our little ones to enjoy. The ground floor location was perfect for our family with a grassy area for the kids to run around, and an easy walk to the beach. We hope to return again!
