The pictures speak for themselves - 1154 Beach Walker is stunning, providing the perfect mix of comfort and elegance. This property is situated within the gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP), a 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.

Enjoy six miles of biking/walking trails, rent bikes or a golf cart to explore with, or book a golf tee time for the Little Sandy short course or full Oak Marsh course on the marsh side. Guests can also venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 20-minute drive north) and feast at one of the many eclectic dining options.

We thoroughly enjoyed this well appointed property overlooking the ocean! It is beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and on a top floor! Our son got engaged while there and we had an outstanding time celebrating while here! The staff were very attentive to all of our needs

This part of the beach fortunately has a large area of protective sea dunes between the beach and the condo, which may make for a bit longer walk, but we hope overall you had an enjoyable vacation and will be back to visit Amelia Island again sometime soon!

Beautiful condo and beach!

This condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. It has a gorgeous view of the beach and the property is also very well maintained. We were given very detailed directions needed for our stay, check in/out, parking etc. We love coming to Amelia and will definitely be back to rent this condo!

Beautiful beach condo

This was our second year staying at the property. The condo has been beautifully renovated and was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen is well stocked. The beach and pool are a short walk away and there is plenty to do nearby, such as biking, mini-golf, and golf. Highly recommend this condo!

Great family vacation spot!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first family vacation to Amelia Island!! The condo is in a great location and has gorgeous views of the beach. The unit was spacious enough to suit our family of 5 and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The unit can be a little warm in the hottest part of the day but the extra fans provided cooled it down and made it comfortable. Would recommend and certainly would book again!!

Top floor unit with nice views. Unit was well maintained. But the A/C units can't keep it cool. Afternoon sun would push bedroom temperatures into 80s.

Renovated unit in very desirable location

I stayed here in March 2022 and loved it. Since then, the place has been completely renovated and I love it even more! The view and access to pool & beach are both excellent. Sunrise on the balcony and sunset through BR windows upstairs. Decor is beach casual (lots of seafoam green) and furniture is mostly very comfortable (altho sofa cushions are not the greatest). Kitchen has all new appliances, cookware and trimmings. Destination Amelia is easy to contact and very responsive. Access to activity/dining/shopping is great and easy to figure out. The online guide provided before check-in is excellent. Thank you for a great stay. We'll be back!

Great Property and location

The condo is very clean with lots of space for gathering. We had 5 people and everyone was very comfortable. It has a beautiful view and is an easy walk to the beach! Only negative is that the TV does not have enough programming…everything requires a subscription! They could at least put in a Firestick so people could sign into their accounts. We were in town for UGA v UF football game and love ESPN, but we couldn’t watch! Other than that the master bath is fairly small. Overall I would definitely return to this properry!!

Mediocre and Small

This property was mediocre at best. Very run down, cramped living quarters and TINY kitchen it barley holds two people. The HVAC was not set to cool when we arrived and wasn't working well on the top two floors where you sleep, they delivered us two fans to help. Good view from the small balcony, but a hike to the beach. If you have small kids and a wagon full of beach stuff, this is not your place.

Family Retreat

Six ladies spent 4 wonderful days in the villa and on the property. It was perfect. The kitchen is small but it was not an issue at all. We lined all the food, snacks, etc. across the bar for easy access. There is plenty of seating with a large table adjacent to the living room so we were all together. Beautiful sun rises. Any questions just call the number provided. Restaurants called the van for pickups and were prompt. The card to scan to get into the pool hands on the wall in the foyer but we missed it during our stay - saw it upon departure! We had an unexpected surprise - it was Shrimpfest weekend - so much fun! Bob’s Steakhouse on the property - best steak ever grilled in open air nearby our table. Great memories!

This was the perfect property for a little girls weekend. The views are spectacular, the beach is a short walk from the condo, and there is so much to do in close proximity. The condo was clean, well stocked, and management was proactive in ensuring we had a great stay. Strongly recommend!

Great Beach Getaway

I loved the layout of this condo. We had beautiful beach and pool views. The kitchen was well stocked. There are stairs to enter the condo and to reach the bedrooms. The loft style bedroom was really nice with shutters that open up over the living room and allow a view through the windows to the beach. That room does hear all the noise from the living area so probably not a good choice for light sleepers. The resort is very nice and the pool was beautiful.

Nice place/beautiful view. The sofa in the living room pulled out into a bed so was helpful when two boys decided not to sleep in a queen bed. Got extremely hot in the loft room (queen) but portable fans helped. Short walk to the beautiful beach. BEAUTIFUL pool and deck. Everyone was extremely nice.
