Newly renovated-January 2024- and updated with new kitchen appliances, the Kitchen Aid refrigerator has water and ice filtered through the door and the LG stove has an air fryer... and LVP throughout the entire property. 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 KING bedrooms having ensuite baths. Tub and shower combos in each. New mattresses and upgraded bedding for a good night's restful slumber! High-speed WIFI & smart TVs in every room with APP connections. The living room has a 50-inch smart screen.

We ask our Guest to please help us with the above list. We will TEXT a reminder the afternoon before check out. PLEASE WASH AND DRY ANY BEACH TOWELS THAT WERE USED AND PLACE BACK WHERE FOUND.
Start a NORMAL load of towels the night before and transfer to the dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A DOG must be pre-approved by the property manager before booking. Please send a message to DEE FERRARA WE HAVE A PET FEE MUST BE PAID.
