Large, comfortable apartment for 6/12 people in a small silent street, a few steps from Trastevere station (terminal from / to Fiumicino airport) and close to the charming Trastevere district, the cultural and social heart of the city. Excellent connections with the most interesting sites (line 8 light rail). Located in a nice residential neighborhood, absolutely quiet (for walking comfortably even at night). Recently renovated (last intervention 2018) and carefully maintained, the apartment is equipped with everything you need to allow you to spend your holiday feeling "at home".

Unsere Kurzreise nach Rom war prinzipiell wie erwartet - das Apartment liegt etwas außerhalb, allerdings im nicht so schönen Teil von Trastevere. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat unsere Erwartungen aber nicht erfüllt. Für den Preis von 240.- eindeutig zu wenig Leistung.

casa ben posizionata, comodissima sia alle. fermate dei bus sia alla. stazione ferroviaria Roma. Trastevere. Casa con alcune cosine da sistemare ma servita di tutto (lavatrice, lavastoviglie. frigo) Come già riferito e suggerito alla host, mettere delle tende nella zona giorno e rivedere il discorso soppalco in quanto non tanto agevole e comodo con quella scala

Un disagio assoluto

Pur avendo una prenotazione confermata siamo arrivati all'alloggio ed era già stato dato ad altri viaggiatori (un evidente caso di overbooking). La proprietaria ha detto che l'errore era da imputare al motore di ricerca Vrbo. E' assai improbabile che la padrona di casa non fosse a conoscenza della doppia prenotazione, ma anche se fosse vero denota una trascuratezza assoluta. Per farla breve siamo rimasti a Roma senza casa alle 21.30 di sera. Vrbo non ci ha trovato una soluzione altermativa e non si è voluto far carico delle spese aggiuntive che abbiamo dovuto sostenere per trovare un alloggio al volo. Un'esperienza da dimeticare che personalmente non avevo mai vissuto.
