Liked: Communication, location
To start, there was less than a full roll of toilet paper for four of us. We had to buy our own. The npresso coffee maker looked liked it not been cleaned in months and still had very old water in it. It did have 3 bathrooms, but one was so small, you could not even turn around in it and the shower was almost impossible to use because it was so cramped. Broken tiles on the floor. Some electric outlets were very hard to reach. Needed to use pillows from couch because there were not enough in bedrooms. Like I said our stay was just okay at best, but I woukd not stay there again based on the price charged. Sorry, I was reaaly looking forward to staying there.

I m very surprised about your review!
First of all for you I did so much more than what is requested from a host. I tried my best to help you with the wheelchair!
Regarding the toilet paper it is 10 years that I leave one NEW roll of toilet paper in each bathroom because it would be so bad to find used ones! And there are some more in the wardrobe. As it is a holiday home and not a hotel if you need more it is normal as you do at home to buy more yourself.
Regarding the water in the Nespresso machine how can you tell that it is old water? how can you distinguish old water from new water? The water is changed every check in.
Regarding the third shower it is a standard shower tray. So how can you say that it is too small if shops sell them?
Regarding the broken tiles on the floor some are because they are very ancient like the architecture of the whole building so it would be a pity to change them. If you were looking for something modern you should have chosen a different lind of apartment.
Regarding the pillows did you open the wardrobes? There are plenty! 2 pillows for each guest! You could have asked me. I always answer!
Location was ideal - 100 yards from the Vatican entryway. Coffee shop across the street. Multiple restaurants nearby. Easy walking to all tourist attractions. Kitchen was basic but it met our needs as why eat in while in Italy.
The apartment is very clean and spacious, and has a great location near to St. Peter’s Basilica with good food, shopping, and sightseeing all within 15 minute walks. The only issue we had was there was not near enough hot water for a family of five to all shower consecutively so you have to stagger the timing throughout the day.Overall a great value!
This could not have been in a better location! We ate at all the sidewalk resturants by the property and all excellent!market across the street as well. Fiamma was easy to contact and quick to respond to the many questions I sent her! I hope we will be back one day!
Booking, check in and check out were very easy. Fiamma was great responding when we reached out at anytime. The apartment needs a few minor repairs such as some loose floor tiles but overall space was great for our group and very comfortable We enjoyed our stay and loved the location! Nice restaurants, coffee bars and gelato shops nearby.
The location for this property was fantastic. We walked everywhere. We visited the gelato store on the corner at least once a day. There are great restaurants nearby as well.We had four people staying at the apartment, which was a good number. While the listing indicates that many more can stay there, I would think more than six people would make it challenging. We had to time our showers to not run out of hot water just with the four of us. It is a spacious apartment. The best part of it was the convenient location.
The property was nice. The bathrooms were a little strange because there was only a 5 gallon water heater for three showers. We did arrive early and they did let us into the property because we did not have a car for our luggage.
It was our first time in Rome and friends that travel to Italy frequently recommended staying close to the Vatican. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location. We would stay here again.Ashburn, VA
Worked great for our party of 6. Clean, comfortable beds, close to several grocery stores, great coffee shop, gelato and restaurant on the corner, convenient to walk to sites in Rome. Would stay here again.
Older property but very nice place to stay. Good bedrooms and was nice to have so many bathrooms.
One floor up by there was an elevator.
Would stay here again if we didn’t need laundry.
We only have a couple days in Rome. We loved the place close to restaurants and just across the river from most attractions. Would definitely stay again.
Location was perfect to get all over Rome via Big Bus. Great restaurants in the area but kitchen was well equipped to cook. Would recommend to anyone but especially families.
We really enjoyed our stay in Rome here. The location is great, walking distance to so much or the historic heart of the city. Plenty of space for our group and Fiamma was very helpful during our stay.
Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was very kind and communicated very well. Met us at location and gave us all the information we needed to have a great trip.
We had a great stay. Fiamma was wonderful to work with. Flight delays caused several check-in adjustments, but communication with Fiamma was very accommodating and got us in even though it was very late in the evening. The location was perfect for our visit to the Vatican. The neighborhood had everything we needed. I highly recommend it.
