Very nice apartment with panoramic view over the Gulf of Ajaccio. located at the entrance of town with shops nearby (food, bakery, press, pharmacy ...), Large closed loggia on the bedroom side with a relaxation area and lounge side with eater standing facing the sea.
Equipped kitchen with glass roof which overlooks the living room. Bus stop at the foot of the building with service to the city, the beach or the airport in 5 minutes. Private parking space.
The view from the bedroom is facing the sea.
Air conditioning in the living room and parquet in the apartment.
Bed linen provided free of charge on request.
Deposit of 1200 € to be given on the day of arrival and returned within 3 days after departure following the inventory. Cleaning fee € 30 extra

Tolles Apartment, mit traumhaften Blick!

Oh, wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in diesem liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail gestaltete Apartment. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat stets super geklappt! Der wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Hafen war für uns das Highlight! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schöne Wohnung am Stadtrand

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, liegt an einer belebten Strasse am Rand von Ajaccio und ist somit ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region.

Corse magnifique

Appartement conforme à l’annonce, joliment décoré et bien équipé. Carole est très accueillante, disponible et discrète. L’immeuble est très calme, la vue sur le port d’Ajaccio très plaisante. Boulangerie et supérette à 2 mn de l’appartement, très appréciable.

On s'y sent tellement bien

Propriétaire charmante et accueillante. L'appartement correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos, sa propreté est impeccable et il est très bien équipé. Après une journée de visites sur l'île, nous le retrouvons le soir avec un grand plaisir, sa décoration chaleureuse et sa loggia fermée en font un véritable nid douillet. La vue sur la baie est magnifique et change chaque jour selon les bateaux qui accostent. Nous le recommandons sans réserve !

Cosy apartment in Ajaccio

This apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Ajaccio, where you can explore the city, the beaches and the mountains around. It‘s on the fourth flour with a lovely balcony offering a splendid view over the harbour. The kitchen is well-equipped, you will have your own parking space and the wifi works reliably at 15Mbps, which was sufficient for zoom calls and streaming. Carole was very welcoming and the communication was excellent. Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Appartement très conforme à la description et aux photos, très bien équipé et meublé avec goût. Une superbe vue sur la baie d Ajaccio et bus en bas de l immeuble pour aller au centre ville( 10mn) ou prendre navette aéroport ( 10 mn ). Place de parking. J ai été enchantée de mon séjour et je le conseille vivement pour un séjour à Ajaccio et visite des environs.

Location parfaite !

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, très prévenante et sympathique. La location est juste top, très bien située (bus et commerces tous proches) avec une vue incroyable sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Logement très bien équipé, où il fait tellement se retrouver le soir après une journée de visites et de ballades. J'ai déjà envie d'y revenir !
