This one-bedroom, one-bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen & a screened-in lanai (Balcony). The Beach & Tennis Club is a resort with two heated pools. This condo, located in building number three, overlooks the pool. It is fully equipped & includes a washer/dryer. It is within walking distance of the beach (access point 1) & restaurants. The condo has beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, & a cooler for you to use. Bring your bathing suit & prepare to soak up the sun—your paradise awaits.

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, fabulous restaurants, museums, & excellent shopping in nearby Naples. Just bring a towel!

My wife Lisa and I are happy to share our lovely condo with you. I am a Service Disabled Veteran who served 21 years in the U.S. Marines. I have done 3 combat tours and raised 5 children. I have done a lot of volunteer work for youth and transitioning veterans. Lisa and I will treat you like family. We put a personal touch in our unit and we know you will see it, feel it and tell us about it. We found this Resort by Barefoot Beach during one of our vacations and fell in love with the place. You will too. Come experience the feeling we got from being here. You will be so glad you did.

Why they chose this property

This is the only property of its kind in Barefoot Beach. Nothing like it comes close. It also strategically located where you can enjoy different views of the Gulf. It is within walking distance, and my that I mean 129 steps from the edge of the Beach and Tennis club (where the condo is located) to the beach. You will love this place so much you will want to move there as soon as possible.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is only 20 minutes from the Ft Myers Airport (RSW). It is approximately 2 hours from Orlando or Tampa or Miami, depending on your preference. It is quiet yet very engaging. It is not as crowed by tourists as Naples or Ft Myers and the people there are so friendly you might think you know them from back home. We came here once and loved it so much we bought this condo we now want to share with you.
