It is the number one destination in Florida for relaxing & enjoying Bonita Springs, Floridia's peaceful & beautiful sandy beaches. This luxury condo is located in building five, sixth floor, & steps away from the famous "Doc’s Beach House" restaurant on Barefoot Beach. Never run out of things to do. Relax on the balcony with your favorite drink or choose from a range of activities like shelling in the morning, jet skiing, parasailing, or just enjoying a sunset. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen & a screened-in lanai (Balcony). The Beach & Tennis Club is a resort with two heated pools.
