Leuk vakantiehuis op gelijkvloers en naast het zwembad, Terras met zetels en tafel en stoelen. In september was de temperatuur rond 19* C, hou ook rekening met wind aangzien je midden in de oceaan zit. Eenmaal de auto in de garage is alles op wandelafsstand. Fietsen gehuurd en zo alle plaatsen bezocht. Ile de Ré heeft een bepaalde sfeer, iets authentieks, iets cultureel, iets bio dicht bij de natuur!

Goede basis, maar met ruimte voor verbetering

Schoon en ruim, met vrijwel alles wat je nodig hebt.De woning is netjes en biedt voldoende ruimte. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in principe aanwezig. Toch zijn er een paar aandachtspunten waar de eigenaar wellicht naar kan kijken. Zo werkte de tv niet, was er geen nachtlampje en ontbraken bed- en badlinnen (mogelijk heb ik over het hoofd gezien dat dit vooraf gereserveerd moest worden).En dan de wifi… laten we zeggen dat we die wel gemist hebben.De ruime, ondergrondse garage is absoluut een pluspunt: onze vrij grote auto met twee fietsen konden we er veilig en makkelijk kwijt.Ook de ligging is ideaal: winkels, restaurants, natuur en een gezellige markt liggen allemaal op loopafstand.

Nous deplorons l installation de la fibre qui est preebre sur d autres emplacements. Nous n avions zero reseau piur communiquer av nos enfants et la famille . Dommage !

Au centre de tout

Situation stratégique dans la cité la plus prisée de l'ïle. Réseau de pistes cyclables remarquables. Marché couvert à deux pas plein de choses délicieuses de la mer et d'ailleurs. Appartement rénové avec soin. Lit neuf de 1.60m de large (très rare). Piscine très clean. Sa fraicheur, on s'y habitue. Diversité de paysages. L'absence de wifi est mal compensé par un réseau 4G surchargé, même début septembre. Merci à Agathe pour son charmant accueil.

Résidence à proximité de tout

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances en couple. Très bel appartement bien décoré avec tout ce qu’il faut ( il manquerait juste un grand miroir) et à 5 minutes du marché ( tous les matins nous avons fait nos courses) des restaurants et des commerces. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un réseau WIFI. Merci à Agathe pour son chaleureux accueil.

L'appartement à été tout à fait conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Pouvoir disposer d'une place de garage et d'une cave pour nos vélos à été appréciable. La proximité du marché, port, commerces est idéale. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine pourtant non chauffée en cette fin septembre ! Très bon accueil également.

Appartement idéal

Appartement conforme à la description et aux photos, très propre et parfaitement aménagé. Emplacement idéal à 3 mn du port. Résidence calme et sécurisée. Le parking en sous-sol est indispensable. La piscine a fait le bonheur de mes enfants mais attention, elle n’est pas chauffée…

Appartement très agréable, en très très bon état, bien équipé, une piscine collective super cool quand il fait chaud, à 3 minutes à pied du port et de tous les commerces, pleins de loueurs de vélos à proximité.... un garage privé... je recommande vivement.

Fabuleux !!

Nous avons passé de super vacances avec nos 2 enfants. L'appartement est meublé avec goût et parfaitement équipé. La résidence est à deux pas du port et des commerces. Une super expérience... allez y les yeux fermés !
