Nice Apartment near the beach.

Nice Apartment near the beach. We had a wonderful time on Mallorca. The apartment was very clean and in a good condition. Parking our Rent-a-car was no problem. Quiet neighborhood.

Pleasant Stay… Ticks most boxes…

The apartment is situated in an ideal location for car rental/drivers as it’s close to the main road. Also close to restaurants and town centre and beach is a five minute walk. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Not sure would stay in this apartment again as again as living areas had Camera surveillance.

Lovely apartment

Very clean, neat and tidy apartment. Has a lovely pool in the property, approx 10m x 5m. A small personal front garden to relax in. Beach is a 1 minute walk away. Local spar supermarket is also only 1 minute walk away. Various beach side restaurants are all within walking distance. It takes about 20-25 mins to walk up the promenade to the main port and little square with even more restaurants. There is a taxi rank along side the square and it’s approx a 7 euro taxi ride to the apartment. The great thing about this place is there are two bedrooms , one main with a double bed and the other with twin beds. So if you have kids and need that bit of extra space then this is perfect. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are excellent and they have a washing machine and dishwasher too. There is a little sun room to air your clothes inside if you don’t wish them to be outside, iron and ironing board. And the place is also fully air conditioned in all rooms. Overall a very nice place to stay and in my opinion was priced very reasonably . Would definitely consider again .

This was our 2nd time staying in this apartment and it was exactly how we remembered it. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 teenager. A good sized communal pool which was never busy. Only downside was there was no shade around the pool so couldn’t stay out there for too long at a time.A great location just a few minutes away from the beach and lots of lovely restaurants.

Todo muy limpio, con muy buen equipamiento y excelente ubicación. El jardín muy bien cuidado. La agencia muy cercana y muy amables. Para repetir y recomendar . Muchas gracias

Bien, excepto puerta del cuarto de baño de cristal rota y peligrosa. Arreglada el penúltimo día y desagüe del lavabo que no traga bien
