The apartment is bright, spacious, and designed for easy living. The lounge/dining area includes a comfortable sofa (with double sofa bed), a 40-inch TV with UK channels, and a DVD player—plus a selection of books for you to read and swap during your stay.

A dining table seats six, and a door leads out to the private balcony, complete with rattan table and chairs—perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxing in the evening. You’ll also enjoy a small glimpse of the sea.

The apartment is located on the same complex as the Laguna pool bar and restaurant. Guests are welcome to use the pool and hire sunbeds for a small charge, provided food and drinks are purchased from the bar—making it a great option for relaxed days close to home.

While there is no designated parking space, on-road parking is available outside and nearby, and we regularly hire a car ourselves without any issues finding a space.

The building also benefits from a lift, which takes you most of the way up, with just a small number of steps leading to the apartment front door.

Great stay

Really good stay at Simon’s apartment. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Really good spot, about 30 seconds walk to Illa Dor for an evening drink and a 2/3 minute walk to the beach. Bus stop is close for getting to Formentor too. Simon was great and stayed in contact.

I’ve felt very comfortable here. The apartment is spotless, well organized, and beautifully designed. It has air conditioning, a spacious shower, and a very convenient kitchen. Without a doubt, if I had to choose again, I’d pick this apartment once more.In addition, communication with Simon has been excellent. He has always been attentive and helpful, and kindly allowed us to check out a bit later, which truly reflects his thoughtfulness and hospitality.

Beautiful Winter holiday

5 stars across the board. Great location, beautiful mountains, beaches and caves. Really friendly people to deal with. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year to avoid the -30c Canadian winter.

Apartment was a home from, lovely fresh and clean. Host supplied detailed instructions and information 5 star. If being super critical it would be nice to have a hairdryer in the apartment and a few more towels. Location is just amazing.

Majorca cycling trip

Perfect apartment for a mini cycling trip! Four adults stayed, plenty of room, including lots of space for bike storage on secure balcony. Apartment had all facilities we needed and a good swimming pool / sunbed area you can use. Great local friendly bar and restaurants nearby. Nice quiet area with very pleasant walk into main town on sea front. Simon the owner very responsive to any questions, we would definitely go back again.

My friends and I loved staying at this apartment. It was a 2 minute walk away from a really nice stretch of beach, the apartment was lovely and clean, and it had all the facilities (bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, balcony). Also Simon was great when it came to answering any questions we had, always responding promptly. Would recommend !

Perfect location

We had a 10 day stay here as a family of 5. The apartment was adequate size for us all. No complaints about the rooms although a little updating wouldn’t go amiss. The location was just perfect. A short walk to the beach and The pine walk takes you to a variety of restaurants/ shops to suit all the family. We preferred not to use the Laguna pool and restaurant which is next to the apartment as even though we purchased food and drink the owners made us feel very uncomfortable which is the last thing you want to feel when your on holiday!

without a doubt, the flat surprised me a lot. Everything was so clean, with so much handy stuff, kitchen equipment was all perfect, with so many glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc. Nice and really comfy beds. Large enough for a group. Lovely quiet stay right on the pinewalk!

Such great value for money. We had a wonderful stay- check in was simple, apartment is as pictured (and feels much bigger than it looks). Air con in one of the bedrooms as well as the living room. Some beach accessories provided (such as parasol and buckets and spade). We also really enjoyed using the terrace for Al fresco dinners. Although the apartment does not have wifi, we actually found it was a unique opportunity to disconnect from our busy lives back home, although this might not be the case for everyone so it is something to note (we didn’t realize at the time of booking). Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

Right from the start we had an amazing time spent at this lovely propery. The owner could not have been more helpful, we were supplied with excellent instructions on how to get there on all transport. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The air conditioning was fantastic and the lish channels kept our teenage girls up to date. The property is in a quiet location right next to a 5 star hotel so very easy for taxis etc. The location is amazing, A 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the mariner with its fabulous shops and restaurants. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and hope to be back soon to this lovely home from home. Thanks a million for a wonderful holiday that was perfect in every way

Amazing location!

We loved the short distance to the gorgeous pine walk and how uncrowded and delightful the beaches along the walk are. By day and by night. We felt safe to let our tweens walk around alone. The apartment was very nice, comfortable beds and the air con much needed. We understood that the pool was part of the restaurant so we had a big meal at the Laguna on the first night. Then we found we went off the pool a bit. We hadn’t quite realised the exact set up - as soon as you go to the pool area, the waitresses swoop in and demand an order. Fair enough but it just felt a bit unrelaxed. Also the pool was often quite dirty with bits of food etc. We were probably just unlucky. The pool is a great size with lots of beds. We just ended up being at the beach instead which we loved! Thanks for a wonderful week.

Disappointing!

We spent 4 very uncomfortable days and unable to work online. This is a very basic apartment for a not so basic price. No wifi, no blow dryer, no kitchen basic supplies such as salt and pepper, napkins, paper towels, no first day coffee/tea/water, no basic laundry supplies, so if you don’t bring all your own supplies from the start, you are out of luck. Uncomfortable beds, A/C only in one of bedrooms. The water heater was turned way down so we had cold showers until we figured it out. Owner was quick to respond but his attitude was “I don’t advertise wifi” (or a basic blow dryer for that matter). On the other hand, he had several demands - take out the trash on the way out (we always do), empty A/C bucket outside, check in after 4:30pm and check out by 10:30am. So, to say the least, we felt very uncomfortable and would never recommend this property.

Simon answered requests quickly and sent clear check in instructions. The apartment is basic but well equipped. We made breakfasts with ease. The rooms are spacious enough with ample storage. It was clean and comfortable. The terrace gets some lovely morning and afternoon sun. The location in summer is likely more active with open restaurants around, however over Christmas it is a ghost town. The map on VRBO indicates the apartment is closer to the center. Read the description carefully and Google the nearby hotel to ensure you are staying in the area you thought you would be staying in. Luckily, we didn't mind the 1km walk into the town where a few places were open. I believed the map so was a bit surprised to find the apartment so far from town. However, overall we were very pleased with the apartment.
