This 120 square meter, air-conditioned apartment also offers enough space for large families or friends. It is newly renovated, flooded with light and very exclusively equipped, so that it will delight you with its numerous details. Up to 7 people can live in the three tastefully furnished bedrooms. The prices are for a family of 4 or 3 adults. For each additional person over the age of 14, the price increases by € 15 per person per day.

The spacious living room, as well as the 15 sqm balcony with lake view, offers enough space to chill out or socialize. The bathroom has a bathtub shower, toilet, a double sink and a bidet. The washing machine is also housed in the bathroom. Your suitcases, bathing suits and supplies can easily be stored in the large storage room.

The apartment is located in the historic and car-free center of Limone. The central location of the apartment allows you to completely do without the car. The beach, promenade, shops and shops can be reached in a few steps through the town center with its numerous alleys. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet because it is away from the tourist crowds.

A shuttle service takes you from the parking lot to your front door in a relaxed manner. A parking card for your car is included in the rental price.

Superb!

Limone Sul Garda is a gem and the is apartment was just perfect. This elegant place is perfectly situated and mad our stay so easy and accessible. Communication was easy and fast with Alexandra. We could not have had a better time.

This is really a very exceptional apartment, there is a lot of thought, love and care in everything. We where 3 pairs, parents and two kids with plus 1 and the apartment worked really well for that size.A few practical lessons learned that might be relevant for others. When arriving you can park the car at the yellow “info” spaces just(!) to the left of the entrance to the parking garage. That way you can get the access card. (we didn’t and got corrected by the staff). The transfer service is really nice and it departs from the area in front of the parking garage/ green info booth/ yellow parking space. I recommend to offload the luggage before parking the car in the garage. We didn’t and hauled all the luggage from the 4th floor….What we did do was to follow the excellent restaurant recommendations in the info book in the apartment. They are golden! When we did the vacation evaluation, all six of us had “food” on the top positions.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location

This was our first VRBO vacation rental and it was everything as expected plus so much more! Alexandra & Frank’s apartment is modern with state of the art appliances and accommodations. It was very clean, roomy and had plenty of closet space. They were easily available for any questions or concerns; WhatsApp was the best way to communicate for us from the States. The view is breathtaking (pictures don’t capture the true beauty) and Limone Sul Garda is a charming, immaculately clean town. You could feel Alexandra & Frank’s pride and the love they put into their perfect apartment!! Thank you for sharing it with us! Gratefully, Kim & Fred

Amazing apartment in Limone

The apartment is truly spectacular and in an amazing location in Limone. Close to everything in the old part of this picturesque and lovely town. Amazing views of Lake Garda and the mountains. The apartment itself is modern and superbly appointed - with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view and glass of something after a busy day being a tourist. You can't drive your car to the apartment, but it comes with space at two nearby car parks and in one there was a shuttle service to take you and your luggage to the apartment. All seamless. The apartment does have air con, but you need to request for this to be turned on at a cost (we found the fans in the bedrooms to be adequate for the time of year we were there). Our hosts were also super helpful before and during our stay. Would highlty recommend Limone overall (nicest village on Garda) and this apartment was fantastic.

Beautiful apartment in an exceptional location

This beautiful apartment has clearly been renovated with love and care. Alexandra was very helpful & welcoming. She was always available to answer any questions promptly. We particularly loved eating on the balcony overlooking the lake, listening to the church bells. The balcony is much larger that we expected. The info folder provided by our hosts made some great recommendations for places to eat all within a short walk of the apartment. Our only issue was the air-conditioning wasn't the best and was only switched on by the host after we agreed to pay an additional daily cost. On the property listing it does state air-conditioning in the amenities, this should be made clearer that this comes at an extra cost. Having said this we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone, we would love to return one day.

Picture perfect!

We stayed here for a week in Early June, as a family of 4. We were amazed by everything! Just as pictured, the apartment is spacious, beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location simply cannot be beat: in the historic district, where the characterful streets and shops can be easily reached. The view from the comfortable patio is exactly as pictured (there is an umbrella if it is too sunny), and the scent of the lemon trees is in the air; the church bells were also very pleasant. There were some morning sounds of life starting around 7, but it was absolutely quiet during the day and night. We did not use the clothes washing machine, but it is nice to have. We walked nearly every day to the beach south of the car park; it is clean and very suitable for swimming. The ferry to Malescine is easily reached, and one day we went by car to Parco Natura Viva, a great day out. We also enjoyed the Museo della Carta (history of paper making in the river valley) in Maderno. Check in/out was easy...the key is found in the wall box with a code, and the apartment is up one flight of stairs. The electric cart ride with our suitcases (from the car park) was quite fun. Communication was pleasant and easy. All in all, a favorite new vacation spot; we hope to return soon!

Perfect in everyway

Where do I start? Firstly, Alex is the perfect host. Communication couldn't be better and Alex was so accomodating and helpful. The property is well situated near to the lake. The steep cobbled streets are tough for anyone with mobility issues but that would be the same issue with most properties in Limone. There is a lovely bakery a few minutes walk up the hill and the Spar shop across the road from there and a minutes walk to the left is ideal for all the supplies you would need. The property is outstanding and immaculately clean. The love and attention to detail that has gone into this place is something we've never experienced before. Alex has thought of everything and more with being so well equipped and the beautiful decor. We loved the balcony too, overlooking the lake and started and finished every day on there. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and all have wardrobes and drawers and lots of clothes hangers. One bedroom is ensuite with a shower. There is a seperate toilet and a shower room for the other 2 bedrooms to share. We honestly couldn't fault the property or the hosts. Taxi transfers from Verona airport were quite expensive if you don't rent a car. We used Get Transfers.com and waited a few days and the price halved. There are plenty of boats every day to take you to different parts of the Lakes. Alex has created a detailed information pack explaining places to go to and how to travel to them. Thank you for an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back.

Sehr unkomplizierter Check in und Check out. Frau Appelt ist jederzeit erreichbar und beantwortet alle Fragen die vor Ort anfallen (auch Geheimtipps wie zB Restaurants etc.) Zur besonderen Lage braucht man denke ich nicht viel sagen, man geht aus der Tür steht direkt vor dem Museum und ist mittendrin im Geschehen. Man merkt, dass die Familie Appelt sehr viel Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt hat.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke an die Familie Appelt.

Wunderschöne Woche in Limone

Casa al Borga, nur zu empfehlen.Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung über den Dächern von Limone. Mittendrin, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Grosser Balkon mit bequemen Möbeln.Es ist wirklich so wie in der Website beschrieben. Sehr sehr schön!!Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, der Transfer zur Wohnung unproblematisch.Man sollte aber gut zu Fuss sein, es geht auf und ab. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen beim Gehen eher ungeeignet.Uns hat es super gefallen u d wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.Ciao Limone

Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Limone. Es war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt in der Wohnung einen liebevoll aufbereiteten Ordner mit allen nötigen Informationen wie z.B. Bäcker, Restaurant, Ausflüge usw. Frau Appelt hat uns super betreut. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben Ende Oktober als Familie eine tolle Herbstferienwoche in Limone verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Limone. Der Ausblick vom Balkon über die Ortschaft auf den See und die Berge ist für uns Norddeutschen überwältigend. Obwohl die Wettervorhersage nicht gut war, haben wir nur einen Regentag gehabt und wurden an den anderen Tagen mit sonnigen 20 Grad verwöhnt. Die Wohnung ist toll saniert, sehr modern und mit Charme und Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Supermarkt um die Ecke ist schnell fußläufig zu erreichen und somit haben wir uns sehr gut selbst versorgen können. Dank der 3 Schlafzimmer haben sich unsere 2 Teenager gut zurückziehen können. Der Shuttleservice bei Ankunft hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Parkhaus ist gut zu erreichen und hat ausreichend Platz. Frau Appelt hat sich sehr um uns bemüht um uns eine einfache und reibungslose Ankunft, Aufenthalt und Abreise zu ermöglichen. Gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großartiger Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung und die Lage sind traumhaft. Alles war super! Frau Appelt hat uns mit vielen Informationen zu der Wohnung und zu Limone versorgt. Sie war immer erreichbar. Wunderschöne Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super! In wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Uferpromenade. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und zahlreiche Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Auch Ausflugsziele sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Z.B: Mit der Fähre kommt man für wenig Geld nach Malcesine und kann von dort mit der Seilbahn auf den Monte Baldo. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist die sehr nette Vermieterin!!! LG und vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Lovely property in good location

Lovely flat in Limone in a great location, very easy to walk everywhere. We especially loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The nespresso machine was good to have, and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing that could have made it better was having bedding and towels included, but it was not too much trouble to take these with us.

Schöne FeWo in TOP Lage

Wir hatten für sieben Nächte diese wunderschöne und super gelegene Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Limone zur Verfügung und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt: 3 individuell und schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, ein großer Balkon mit See-, Berg- und Altstadtblick und ein großer Wohnbereich mit Sitz-, Koch- und Fernsehgelegenheit haben uns fünf Leute super aufgenommen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war jederzeit sehr angenehm und problemlos. Ein "Infopaket" mit Restaurant-Empfehlungen, org. Hinweisen, usw. machen den Italien-Einstieg wirklich jedem leicht. Man ist zu Fuß schnell an der Hafenpromenade und in der Altstadt. Wir können diese FeWo wirklich zu 100% und bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

Schöne, saubere und großzügige Wohnung im Herzen von Limone.

Die Wohnung präsentiert sich in Wirklichkeit so wie in der Anzeige. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt um Limone und Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
