This charming farmhouse has six rooms and spans over 130 square meters, spread across two levels. The house features rustic furnishings, adding to its cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The ground floor has four bedrooms, including one room with two single beds, another with a double bed and a hydro massage bath, and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each. All the bedrooms have access to the garden. There is also a living/dining room with a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace. The kitchen/living room is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There are also two showers/bidet/WC on the ground floor.

The upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed and an open kitchen area with an oven, dishwasher, and four gas rings. The bedroom and kitchen area both have access to the garden. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this floor.

The outdoor area boasts a large terrace, patio, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. The stunning countryside view can be enjoyed from the terrace.

Additional facilities provided include a washing machine, children's high chair, and baby cot for up to two-year-olds. There is free internet (DSL/LAN) and reserved parking for up to two cars at the fenced house.
