Beautiful home outside of Lucca

My family had a lovely stay at Roberta's home. The house was clean, spacious and the massive kitchen was great! AC in all bedrooms was a huge plus for the heat. My children's favorite part was the pool and spent hours swimming and playing.

We enjoyed wonderful 6 days in this exceptional property. The host, Roberta was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. The pool looked fantastic but sadly it was a bit too cold to get in.Recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants were much appreciated.The only thing I would say is that you do need a car

Great appartment with beautiful garden

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly hosts and a great, well equipped and very spacy appartment. Cool Italien design interieur - the architecture combines historic elements of an old barn very nicely with modern parts. The garden is very large and beautiful with many different plants and nice spots of shade for hot summer days.

Lucca ladies

The property was lovely. Our only issue was the stairs( we were 7 seniors). Wonderful modern kitchen. Le living room fit all of us comfortably the best thing about our stay was our host Roberta Traversa. She Was extraordinarily kind and went out of her way to make our stay memorable I highly recommend this listing

Lovely stay

The property was beautiful and surrounded by gorgeous gardens. We comfortably fitted 7 adults although privacy was not completely possible due to one room being without a door and the mezzanine bedroom also being without a door. Thankfully this was not an issue for our party. Parking for two cars was also a bonus, as cars were a must for the property due to countryside location.Roberta and her husband were lovely, welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations when asked. Would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely place and wonderful owner!

We loved our stay here. The place was very clean, looked exactly like the photos and was very peaceful. Roberta is so kind and friendly, you’ll feel like old friends. She answered any questions I had quickly and made sure we had everything we needed as I couldn’t figure out the stove. She has the most beautiful roses outside to enjoy and the kitchen is well equipped to make meals. Don’t be surprised to see Roberta or her husband out working to upkeep the place. But they’ll never intrude and it was nice that they lived close enough if we had any issues. Roberta is full of good info, she even gave us the directions to the best grocery store! You’ll notice lots of artwork in the apartment to enjoy which gives it a cool vibe. She has great tastes. We were here for four nights and would definitely come back.

Outstanding property in stunning location

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this gorgeous house. The grounds are stunning and the pool is huge. We were blessed with hot weather so the pool was perfect to cool down in. Our 2 families of 4 found the 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and large family kitchen had everything we needed to give us a very relaxing week. We ate at home most nights using the outdoor bbq to cook up a feast. The kitchen had every pan imaginable to help with our pasta evening also. The fantastic hosts Roberta and her husband live next door but were so discreet that you wouldn’t notice they were there. They were on hand to keep the pool clean, bins replaced and for plenty of local advice and to assist with taxis etc. You would definitely want to hire a car to stay here, the supermarket is only an 8 minute drive and it’s just 10 mins to drive to the local town of Lucca. We had a wonderful lunch and evening meal out in the main square and found prices to be very reasonable. I would highly recommend this property and will look back with very fond memories of our week in Tuscany. Thanks so much to Roberta for her great hospitality.

Urlaub wie er sein soll

Das beste zuerst: Roberta ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Nicht zu sehen, aber immer da, wenn man sie braucht, z.B. um neue Gläser zu besorgen oder beim Bezahlen eines Tickets zu helfen. Wohnung und Grundstück werden von den Bildern gut wiedergegeben. Die Klimaanlage war bei unserem Aufenthalt im August Gold wert. Das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte ist, dass man im Fall man möchte draußen essen einen etwas längeren Weg mit einigen Stufen aus der Küche hat. Das soll die sehr gute Bewertung aber nicht schmälern. Wir hatten die perfekte Woche.

Wohnen im Grünen

Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse mitten im Grünen.Man hat ein riesigen Garten mit großem Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Stadtkern von Lucca und auch sonst ist es eine gute Basis für Ausflüge in die gesamte Toskana. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta lief einwandfrei und es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!!

Superbe séjour proche de Lucca

Superbe séjour dans la région de Lucca. Maison au top, climatisée dans toutes les pièces , moustiquaires dans la pièce commune et salle de bain, grands espaces extérieurs, une grande piscine nettoyée tous les jours , profondeur idéale pour les enfants , et une propriétaire toujours dispo et de bons conseils ! insgesamt sehr schön, können wir weiterempfehlen

Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht hervor, dass die Zimmer nicht unbedingt Privatsphäre bieten. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat Milchglasscheiben anstatt einer Wand und grenzt direkt ans Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer kann zum Wohnzimmer hin nicht abgedunkelt werden und die Schiebetür bietet auch keinen Schallschutz. Das Zimmer mit angrenzendem Bad ist ein eigenständiges Zimmer und auch die drei Betten in der Empore haben eine Tür dazwischen. Dann ist da in der Beschreibung noch ein "Zimmer" mit zwei Betten zu sehen, Dieses Zimmer hat nur einen Vorhang als Abtrennung, ist also nicht wirklich ein Zimmer. Ich schreibe das so ausführlich, weil wir nur zu dritt waren und dadurch ausreichend Privatsphäre und Platz hatten. Mit mehreren Familien würde ich das Objekt nicht buchen wollen bzw. nur mit sehr guten Freunden, wo es nichts ausmacht, wenn ein paar der Personen nur einen Schlafplatz und kein eigenes Zimmer haben. Für uns drei war es aber sehr schön, die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, ich habe nichts vermisst. Der Pool war sauber und wurde von den Vermietern täglich von Blättern befreit. Auch sonst wurde uns das Objekt sauber übergeben, bis auf einen Fleck auf einer Decke, der wohl in der Reinigung nicht rausgegangen ist. Punkte abgezogen habe ich, weil das Inserat den Eindruck von 4 komplett abschließbaren Zimmern vermittelt und das ist nicht der Fall.

A great place to stay

My partner, 4 kids and I all had a great week long break at this villa. It is a beautiful property, with excellent amenities (especially the pool and air-conditioning) in the stunning Tuscan countryside just outside (about 10 minutes drive) from Lucca. The owner Roberta is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. We would highly recommend this place for a stay.

Wonderful well equipped house

We are just back from a week at this amazing place. One of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in. Beautiful huge kitchen and the beds were so comfy. The pool was fantastic. Nothing too much girly l for Roberta, excellent host. Every. Super clean. We really hope to return.

Just a great place to be

We had a very pleasant stay at Robertas place. The house and its surroundings are very peaceful and quiet and still you are close to everything you need or want to explore. The pool area is awesome and the house itself offers lots of space with a really great equipped kitchen.
