This room also has an exit to the garden. Another room has a single bed (80 cm), while a third has a French bed (160 cm) with electric heating and air conditioning.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table with an open-hearth fireplace, perfect for cozy meals. Additionally, there are 2 shower/WC rooms.

The upper floor is accessible via an exterior staircase and features 3 bedrooms. One has a French bed (160 cm) with electric heating and air conditioning, while another has 2 single beds (80 cm). The third bedroom has a single bed (80 cm). There is also a kitchen/living room with 4 gas rings and a freezer, along with satellite TV. This area has an exit to the terrace.
