Our property is located in a peaceful landscape, on a immaculate countryside, at just 2 kms from a lovely village with shops, cafe/bar and restaurants, at within an easy 30 to 50 minutes to the most renomated sightseeings of Tuscany (Lucca, Pisa, Florence). It is immersed on a 30.000 sqm large park with pinewoods and fruit trees, with many shady areas where relaxing. On one of this terraced garden there is the 'magic' swimming pool, that is completely private and in a quiet position, close to the covered patio and to the wood oven, ideal for 'al fresco' meals. The house consists of two floors.
