Villa Vista Mare:
Fantastic Italian villa with unique sea views and private pool in the olive groves of Pontedassio.

On the spacious terrace, which partially surrounds the house, you can enjoy an incomparable view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea and beautiful sunsets in the surrounding olive mountains of Liguria, in which the house, which was completed in 2019, is embedded.

A very high quality of stay in the spacious terrace, which cannot be viewed by third parties, results in a. thanks to the embedded, private infinity pool with associated sun loungers, an outdoor shower to cool off on hot days, and the pergola adjacent to the house, which can be used like a second living room outdoors in summer. The pergola is equipped with a spacious table that offers enough space for at least 6 people and a cozy lounge furniture corner that invites you to relax and relax in complete privacy.

The new, 70sqm house integrated into the rocks is modern and of high quality and offers a wonderful view of the sea and / or the vastness of the mountains from all rooms. The bright living / dining room on the ground floor (incl. Sofa bed) borders directly on the open, well-equipped kitchen and offers direct access to the terrace. The two bedrooms on the first floor are each equipped with a 160x200cm double bed, the open cupboard systems offer space for your clothes. Two separate bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, offer pleasant comfort.

The detached villa, easily accessible by car from Pontedassio, offers absolute peace and privacy due to its wonderful hillside location. At the same time, the pulsating life incl. Shopping and typical Italian gastronomy from Imperia with the associated beach sections of the Ligurian coast only about 15 minutes away by car. The house is equipped with a spacious parking space for up to two cars. The center of Pontedassio with shops for local supplies is about 7 minutes away and the nearest large supermarket is about 10 minutes away.

Also worth seeing places and beaches with typical Italian charm and great beaches, such as San Remo, Alassio, Diano Marina, Cervo and much more. can be easily reached via the beautiful coastal road and offer a lot of variety.

Wonderful house with a view

Fantastic, newly built villa in the Ligurian hills with an amazing view over the surrounding countryside and the sea. Quiet and very relaxing. Pool area offering both sun and shade. We had an absolutely lovely week!

Spektakulärer Standort mit Blick auf Imperia

Wir haben in diesem aussergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus unsere Feien sehr genossen. Ein spektakulärer Standort mit Blich auf Imperia, guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren an die Küste und die Berge im Hinterland. Vermieter ist unkompliziert und kümmert sich umgehend bei Anliegen! 10 von 10!!!

Das Ferienhaus lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Die riesige Terrasse mit Panoramapool lässt einen völlig entspannen. Abends kann man mit Meer- oder Bergblick zu Abend essen, um dann gemütlich auf der aussen befindlichen Couch ein Glas Wein zu genießen.Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und verfügt über Alles was man benötigt. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und gut angebrachte Fliegengitter lassen einen gut schlafen.Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Wir hatten wirklich sehr entspannte Tage in diesem schönen Haus mit einem wunderschönen Blick und super Pool. Dieser wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Überhaupt war es ein gepflegtes Grundstück, und auch innen war alles tip top. Es gibt nur in den Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage, aber das war ok. Die Küche war sehr gut bestückt. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett.man war auch sehr privat, das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar.Nach Imperia ca 20 Minuten.

Ruhiges "Bergparadies"

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche hier verbracht. Pool, Terrasse und Ausblick sind wirklich fantastisch! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Nachbar schaut unauffällig ab und an nach Pool und Garten. Ein Bennet-Supermarkt ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Seele baumeln lassen…

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen wunderschönen Haus. Die Alleinlage auf einem Hügel ist perfekt um den Stress des Alltags und Menschen zu entkommen. Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (6,12), haben uns diese gesamte Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat die gesamte Zeit über nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt wirklich etwas abseits, sodass man immer auch aufs Auto angewiesen ist, das sollte man wissen. Die Zufahrt ist keineswegs schwierig, vielleicht zu Beginn etwas ungewohnt für die meisten. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter top! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und sind uns sicher das wir nochmals wiederkommen!!!

Schönes Ferienhaus in super schöner und ruhiger Lage. Haus ist schön eingerichtet, alles was man im Alltag benötigt ist vorhanden. Highlight ist eindeutig der Ausblick und der hauseigene Pool. Supermarkt etc. alles mit dem Auto in akzeptabler Entfernung erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne!

Top-Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Bijou verbracht. Die Lage ist atemberaubend mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel, das Tal, bis hin nach Imperia am Meer. Das Haus ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet und insgesamt in einem Top-Zustand. Die beiden Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut. Die Terrasse inkl. Pool sind traumhaft. Man ist komplett ungestört, da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. Ein Auto ist zwingend, da die nächste Ortschaft 4-5 Kilometer entfernt liegt. Wir können das Haus für max. 4 Personen sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, modern eingerichtetes Haus mit einem großen Pool mitten in der Natur. Dankbar auch die Fliegengitter. Die Anfahrt ist gut machbar. Sehr hilfreich für alle Angelegenheiten war der nette Nachbar 200 Meter weiter. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank an den Vermieter, der sich um die "Rückführung" eines vergessenen Kleidungsstück kümmert.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Pontedassio

Wir sind bekennende Ligurien- Fans und haben schon mehrfach unseren Urlaub im ligurischen (Hinter-) Land verbracht, immer in ähnlichen Objekten mit Pool und Meerblick. Das Haus war mit Abstand das schönste! In der Tat werden die Bilder dem traumhaften Blick und nicht gerecht, vor allem in den Abendstunden mit Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist oberhalb von Pontedassio gelegen, von dort aus fährt man in etwa 10 Minuten, natürlich über Serpentinen, aber gut zu fahren auch mit einem zur Übelkeit neigenden Kind. In Pontedassio gibt es alles, was man braucht, ansonsten ist der Weg nach Diano Marina oder Imperia auch nicht weit. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, das hatten wir in der Vergangenheit schon anders, und gepflegt, auch der Pool und die Außenanlage. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben, insbesondere Küchenausstattung, aber auch Handtücher, Sonnenliegen, und, ganz wichtig, neue Spüllappen. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, aber auch praktisch, Stichwort Außendusche, Fliegengitter (gibt es auch nicht überall) und Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Der Nachbar Enzo sorgt dafür, dass der Pool sauber in die Wasserqualität sehr gut ist, außerdem hat er uns mit frischen Tomaten und Zwetschgen aus seinem Garten versorgt und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und gut! Wir haben unseren Urlaub mehr als genossen und kommen auch jeden Fall wieder!

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Die Straße zum Haus windet sich von Pontedassio aus in zahlreichen Serpentinen den Berg hinauf. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich sowie Terrasse und Pool bestechen durch den Weitblick aufs Meer und ins bergige Hinterland. Die Umgebung bietet mit der Nähe zum Meer (ca. 25 Minuten Fahrtzeit) und dem Hinterland mit pittoresken Berdörfern viel Abwechslung. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind leider nicht vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub im Vista Mare.

Beautiful views during comfortable stay!

We loved our stay in this fantastic villa. The views are incredible and the house is well equipped and comfortable. Just worth noting there is no washing machine and you need to bring your own pool towels. There is a drive to shops etc, but so worth it for the peaceful rural location! Beware of some biting midgies- mosquito nets are provided- but apart from that not many bugs. We would love to come back!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Oft ist bei Ferienhäuser das Problem, dass die Bilder täuschen. Hier ist es so, dass die Bilder dieses wundervolle Haus in magischer Umgebung gar nicht ganz darstellen können. Kurz und knapp: Super Haus, super Gastgeber, super Lage, super Ausstattung. Balsam für die Seele .....

Unsere Begeisterung für dieses wunderbare Haus lässt sich kaum in Worte fassen. Die intelligente Einteilung der Räume, die unaufgeregte Inneneinrichtung , die geschmackvolle Außenanlage mit Terasse und gepflegtem Garten haben uns vollkommen überzeugt. Der Blick ins Tal und auf das Meer ist ein Highlight. Die Lage des Pools - besser könnte man ihn nicht in Szene setzen. Wir haben die Aussendusche sehr geschätzt. Zum Mountainbiken hat das Haus die perfekte Lage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Schade, dass das Haus nicht uns gehört.....;-) Wir lieben die Abwechslung aber in die Villa Vista Mare kommen wir auf jeden Fall einmal wieder.
