Why they chose this property

We love living in this quiet village with no street lights.! It is very quiet here, just the owls at night and the barn owl often seen flying early and late in the field opposite.

There is wildlife and birdlife in abundance with hares and deer in the field opposite, tawny, little and barn owls and hedgehogs are often seen.

Peace and quiet, space and clear night skies, perfect for stargazing. We are surrounded by open countryside with quiet lane's for cycling or walking. Short 10 minute drive to the pretty town of Holt yet close to the coast at Cley, Blakeney and Morston. There is also an excellent farm shop and cafe, Back to the Garden, just down the road.
