Luxury Apartment 80 Metres Away From The Beach And Marina - T2 Ground Floor

This lovely and luxurious apartment is located in Vilamoura marina, just a few metres away from the lovely beach and the famous marina of Vilamoura.

The apartment is fully equipped and there is maid service twice a week. The T2 consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and lovely lounge with a large veranda with nice views, either to south/beach or to pool/garden. The ground floor T2 has a small patio. 60% of the clients have been on previous years and that tells how nice this is for families or individuals. The location and security is unbeatable! Please note that in peak season change over days are fixed, being normally on Saturdays. We don´t take group of youngsters on their own!

This is a lovely property located on a private complex, with large swimming pool, children pool and vast gardens, with 24 h surveillance. It’s beautifully furnished to provide comfort and tranquillity on a luxury environment. The large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, accessing the private patio where you can sit and have your meals, overlooking the pool and garden areas. Air con in all rooms helps maintain the ideal temperature either on winter or summer.

Great facility and location, the property was absolutely perfect for our 4 adult family. Clear communication throughout from João and Jorge and a lovely handwritten letter on arrival too. We look forward to returning again.

Good property in a great location

The property is a nice 2 bedroom apartment within walking distance of the marina. The rooms were clean, pool was nice, sunbeds provided. They arranged transfers to/from the airport at a good price. Can't fault this property.

Fantastic location close to so many amenities. apartment was great and very clean with lots of space. Complex was safe and pool was excellent for our family. Joao was so helpful and kindly left a handwritten note and a few supplies as we arrived at night. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Everything went according to plan from the pick up at airport to arrival at a lovely apartment. The accommodation was spotless and very easy to access. Felt very secure in the gated 24hour serviced apartment block. Easy access to all places of interest, marina, restaurants and shops. Would recommend to family and friends and hope to return in the future.

Home from home

We had a wonderful stay in Moura Praia, with my family, including 3 and 1 year olda. Location is excellent, short walk to the beach, playgrounds, marina, train and shops, restaurants and bara. Everything we needed was provided, and an issue we had with some building work was very promptly resolved by John. Complex is very safe and secure, with excellent pools and green spaces, highly recommend.

Great location

Although the listing is for a ground floor apartment, the confirmation was for second floor which was almost as nice. We were very happy on arrival to find it clean, spacious and plenty of cutlery and plates etc. We had also been left a very useful grocery pack including water and wine, which was an unexpected bonus! The apartment is ideally located very close to a supermarket and to the marina and beach. I would like to leave a couple of bits of feedback. Apartment is advertised as having a maid come twice a week, we only saw her once when chased, it would have been useful to know when to expect this so we could have asked earlier. When she came, we only had two nights left so a complete change of towels and bedding was by then a little late and I had already emptied bins and swept the floor by then. I could not find a single user guide - this would be very useful to save time struggling to find a way to make things work. The apartment comes with two sunbeds but we were unable to find them - many have markings which have worn off or perhaps have already been taken by someone else so should have been locked! John was very quick to respond when we contacted him and I am sure would have sent someone to show us how to use the dishwasher etc, but I didn't want to keep disturbing him, so this is no way a complaint as we had a wonderful stay and would book again.

Fantastic location. 5 min pleasant walk from marina. Apartment was great. Very spacious and clean. We were ground floor and had a front garden to sit out or at the back where you overlooked the pool. All apartments have their own sunbeds . Felt safe and secure as the complex was gated. John Carlos was very helpful during the booking. I would definitely recommend and will certainly stay there again.

Fantastic accommodation

Would definitely recommend this apartment and facility to others. Very clean, spacious property. Children's pool is good size and not too deep. Management were very helpful with any queries we had during our stay. Great location just a short distance from marina. We will certainly be returning :)
