Nothing could be more SIMPLE. There's nothing to pick up or send back. Head straight to the beach and FUN! There's no stopping on your way to condo. You have everything you need to get to - and into - the condo before you leave home.

Our 2nd floor condo is professionally decorated in dazzling Caribbean blues and greens. Four cable TVs plus over 195 DVDs mean there is entertainment for everyone. A full size washer and dryer in the condo get you quickly back on the beach in dry suits. Dine on the balcony while admiring the beach view and watching dolphins frolic. Unobstructed views of the beach and outdoor pool and convenient location to stairs make this three bedroom, two bath beachfront condo the ideal family vacation spot!


Romar Place 205 also has a high chair and a Pack 'n Play to make vacationing with a little one easier!

Everything was amazing. From the view to the cleanliness of the room. We really enjoyed the stay here. The only thing was the 13 year old rule on the hot tub. My kids were bummed because that's one of the reasons we booked a stay here and they couldn't get in. Other then that no complaints.

Much needed getaway....

Absolutely perfect. We have been to the Gulf five or six times and this is probably our favorite property. 2nd floor, so you don't need the elevator. Oceanfront but also looks down on the pool. The master faces the ocean, there was plenty of room for our family of 5, each kid had their own bed...full washer and dryer. Just perfect.

Loved our stay. The condo was roomy and light with a lot of beautiful views. It was well furnished with everything we needed to have a relaxing wonderful stay. The owner is accommodating and kind The manager and grounds caretakers were all friendly. Even the young man who rents the chairs was very nice even though we didn’t rent a chair.

A few days to relax

This condo is just perfect for a beach vacation! You have a beautiful view of the beach and pool. It was cool while we were there but we still hung out on the balcony everyday! Plenty of room inside and lots of extras. Beach chairs, umbrella, etc were so nice so we didn’t have to rent them. Overall a great time!
