DISCLAIMER: *The Phoenix VI Balcony Handrail Recoating Project will be taking place from 1/5/26 - 3/14/26. Swing stages will be present and there may be a small amount of noise due to pressure washing of balconies during the handrail recoating process.

Phoenix 6 Unit #703...You'll love our bright and cheery 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo. It has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation. The views from both the living room and master bedroom are spectacular! Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf-front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A king sized bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There is a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and the third bedroom has two queen beds! There's plenty of room for a large family! A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need! We even provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig!

**A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)**

Absolutely fabulous place for my entire family! Listing was just as described and had plenty of room for my parents, my husband and myself, my adult children and my grandchildren.The view was amazing, the condo amenities were awesome and the beach was perfect!Added bonus were the extra beach chairs, boogie boards and pool floats. We all had such a great time!Hopefully we will be back very soon!

Golden Girls

This condo was the perfect amount of space for our family of 10! The balcony area had an amazing view, and it was nice having 2 full bathroom, and plenty of seating in the kitchen/ dining area.

We had an amazing stay! We booked last minute for a quick mommy daughter trip with our littles. They loved the indoor pool option, the outdoor pool was beautiful, the boardwalk to the beach was great. We loved that there were zero stairs to get onto the beach. The condo was perfectly clean and exactly as described. So spacious and so much room.

Orange Beach Vacation

We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed watching the ocean and dolphins from the balacony and eating breakfast at the table. Having the owners parking spot was a huge bonus!! We will definitely be back!

Beach view was great, overall the area could be better served of restaurants. Condo is a bit outdated, pictures seems to be taken a while ago. Cleaning service is beyond my expectations. Kitchen is not well furnished, missing many basics. For the price it could be in a better shape.

Nice layout, lots of space and great view. Kitchen could use an update as some cupboard doors broken. Dryer took a bit longer to dry but did the job. Nice big kitchen table to sit and eat.

Great location for family vacation. Had problems with water, but they were honest and transparent with the issue. It didn’t deter us from having a good time. Easy access to ocean. Great views from room and balcony.

wonderful get away

We all really enjoyed our get away. The condo was exceptional - great a/c, well stocked with extra blankets, decorated lovely, and great noise control within the condo. The beach did not feel overly crowded even though we were there on a holiday weekend. We would absolutely go back. Only con was they were working on elevators when we were there so we took the steps on several times which was 7 flights (doable).

Ladies Trip Success

We had the absolute best time on our Ladies Trip to Orange Beach. The condo was perfect in size and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space and the views of the beach were fabulous. We enjoyed our coffee every morning watching the sun come up over the ocean. The condo nor the beach were crowded. Even sitting by the pool was enjoyable with so few people. The perfect time of year to go. We will definitely stay here again.
