3 BDRM / 2 BATH EXTRA LARGE BALCONY

This beautifully decorated, spacious, direct Gulf front corner unit has views from all windows and one of the largest balconies in the building!! Look at the pictures, it's a great unit!! Huge living area, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful bedrooms! Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves, or watch the kids in the pool below.

*This is a NON-smoking RESORT. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Two hot tubs, sauna, racquet ball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball, large pool and also a kiddie pool. Indoor swimming available next door. Great gazebo and recently updated BBQ area. Security at gated entrance. Our unit has a king bed, queen bed, full bed and trundle. Twin air mattress available.

Though VRBO has a non-negotiable traveler service fee to ALL VRBO listings, the cost of renting this gorgeous condo still provides one of the most affordable, nicely appointed, beach-front experiences available; as attested by our many repeat renters.

Perfect location, perfect weather, great accommodations right on the best. Great location for renting kayakers, bikes everything you want to go. Great restaurants close by. Florabama a must go to.

The view of the beach was unobstructed. The pool was clean and the host was nice. The rooms were unclean though. There was a packet of Ritz crackers in our room and an opened packet under the dresser. You could feel the sand in the bedrooms under your feet and crayons were under the couch. Other than the cleanliness, everything else was pleasant.

Amazing beach getaway!

Wonderful place to stay in Orange Beach. Spacious condo. Very clean and well kept. Short walk to the beach and location is great for all are restaurants and activities. Owner was very nice and responsive in a timely manner. We will be back next year!

Family Spring Break Stay

Property was great and exactly as promised. Location on the beach and within Orange Beach is second to none! We spent a week for spring break with our 6, 9, and 12 year old and had a fabulous time. Lots to do and within a short distance to many local attractions. Highly recommend- we will be back!

The condo was perfect for our family of four and two friends brought along for the teenagers. The Phoenix properties have many entertainment options for kids, along with the wonderful view and access to the beach. We will definitely be returning!
