Great but challenges

Lovely condo in a great building where we have stayed before. Only issue we had was the building management decided they needed to do “emergency” repairs to the balconies on all of the 14 units which are south facing and closest to Collier Blvd. Construction noise, debris on balconies, and noise disruption was ridiculous. Love the location, love the beach access and there are many great units for rent. BUT not a fan of the building management and or HOA board. Who sends property owner’s a notice on the 28th of February that this significant amount of work is starting on the 1st of March? Really, they didn’t know it was going to happen - duh! All I can say is the owner did us a “solid” to leave early.

Amazing the best vacation ever!

Loved everything about this place. The view was amazing the place was clean the people were very kind and helpful it was a lovely stay. My mother and I had our own bedrooms laundry was down the hall we could have a light snack in the kitchen if we needed it was close to restaurants and fun activities. I will definitely go again next year this is a must see places I can’t think of anything bad about it it was totally amazing. There are pots and pans and dishes if one would like to cook a meal dishwasher worked good garbage chute at the end of the hallway everything a person could need was here .

Right On The Beach!!

This condo is located right next to Residence Beach. It has easy access to meet up with family members that also have a residence on Marco Island. I stayed in this condo for two months and a month and a half in they started doing construction above me which was not very enjoyable. When I had a few questions about the mail system,the lady in the office was Not very nice and accommodating definitely not an open door welcoming committee attitude she had the windows covered and when I knocked on the door to inquire about an important package from back home she barely open the door and was very snooty. The other staff that I came across were fabulous and very accommodating and friendly The only other suggestion I would state for upcoming guess would be to have Internet checked,during my stay the Internet kept going in and out not requiring me to get a lot of work done. Overall this condo being on the eighth floor gives you a great view and instant access to the beach for the breathtaking sunsets. Although it was just myself it would nicely accommodate 2 to 4 people with two bedrooms two bath floor plan. I would definitely recommend staying here.
