Welcome to 3012 Marsh Haven! This gorgeous 5 bedroom house has some of the most magnificent marsh views that Seabrook has to offer. Sitting right on Captain Sam's Creek, you will enjoy all of the nature this home has to offer.
Upon entering the house, you will be greeted with a southern, beach feel. Immediately to the left is the formal dining room with seating for 8 guests and to the right is the living room area with a flat screen TV. These rooms each lead into the fully renovated kitchen with contains upgraded stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops.. The kitchen space is perfect for entertaining with large windows, an additional dining table for 4, and a small sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a half bathroom for guests, located just off the entry hall.
The master bedroom is on the first floor, which includes a King bed, TV, private bathroom, and porch access. The screened in porch offers great nature views, and the open air, multi-level decks are perfect to take in the fresh air.
The other four bedrooms are on the 2nd level of the home. Three of the rooms have queen-sized bedrooms, while the last bedroom has a set of twin beds. There are also two bathrooms located on this level. One of the queen bedrooms has a private bathroom, and the other three bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with private smart TVs. The owner has provided two pairs of bed rails for anybody traveling with small kids that may need some extra support.
There is a basement area in the home complete with a 5-in-1 activity table including air hockey, foosball, and pool. You'll also find a beach wagon, a bike, two beach chairs and an umbrella, and toys for the kids!
With access to many Seabrook Island resort amenities, and a short walk to the crabbing dock, it's the perfect island location. Bring your whole family to come enjoy this Seabrook Island gem!

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee- Low Season Fee (Jan 1 – Mar 1): $45/day or $255/week | High Season Fee (Mar 1 – Oct 31): $55/day or $315/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. My family and I enjoyed the house very much, there was enough space for everyone to have their own space, but also large dining areas for everyone to gather. Good location from Freshfields, we come to Seabrook every year as a family, and will be looking into this house again!

The house was just perfect for us. We were able to bike to the beach easily. House photos are just as advertised and plenty of space! If I have to suggest anything I would say some of the kitchen pans are old and there was only 1 tea towel and one dish cloth for the week - would be nice to have 2. but overall amazing stay!

Location is quiet and friendly. We rode bikes all over the island and also rented the golf cart which made getting to the beach easier. House was fully stocked and comfortable for 4 kids and 4 adults. Diahes did need some washing upon arrival, but otherwise the house was very vlean. Bed were comfy roo!

This was a great family getaway home. The home had great space for different groups to enjoy each others company and kitchen had all the right items to prepare simple meals, etc.
Plenty of parking and beautiful peaceful backyard.
Beds weren't very comfortable, and one downside was having to walk through the twin room or bathroom to get to one of the queen bedrooms upstairs.
Overall this was a great home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabrook during the Holidays of 2022. The Captain's Creek House was very accommodating with plenty of room for our family reunion. Despite some problems with the appliances...both the dishwasher and microwave stopped working....we had a wonderful time. This is a very nice house....highly recommend for family fun!
We had a great week in this very comfortable home. There were 11 of us--9 adults and 2 kids, 8 and 6--and we had plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, but apparently not so much for the others. The grandkids loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom! All in all, it was a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! We had 4 friends running the Kiawah Half Marathon and it worked out great for us--plenty of room for all. The house was very clean. The only problem we had was figuring out the TVs. We could have called the property manager but never got around to it. We will stay again!

Great for families with entertainment and ample space to spread out. Rent the golf cart! Situated in a quiet area with marsh views crabbing dock. House needs some TLC - reupholstery on cushions and pain on interior. Range top cracked and two burners working. Need smart person to manage a variety of TVs on WIFI. Would go back again.

Home away from home!
3012 Marsh Haven is a beautiful home and had tons of space. So much space that we did not find the basement door (which was right in front of our eyes) until the day before we left! It allowed our family to have one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in years! It was my mother, daughter and their significant others’ first time on the Island and they enjoyed it thoroughly and cannot wait to come back next year! 3012 Marsh Haven was the site of our first annual low country boil wherein we had over 30 guests to the home and it was perfect! We would definitely suggest this home to vacationers! It’s a home away from home!!!

This home was perfect for our group of 8. The home is beautifully furnished with lots of areas to gather and chat in comfort. The rear deck and screened in porch are lovely. The house suits on a large lot(maybe a double lot or 1.5?) So you feel very secluded on the back porches. The kitchen was well appointed with 2 ovens and even an electric griddle which we used for french toast. Windows, doors and blinds were all in good shape and easy to use to allow fall breezes to pass through the house. We would definitely stay at this house again with a group of this size.

The house was perfect for an extended family gathering of ages ranging from 0 - 72. Large master on the main (drawback is that it is right off of the kitchen/TV area) with 4 large bedrooms upstairs including another room that could considered a master. Huge basement/play area, access to the garage, 2 refrigerators, great dining room, and the kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed to make our weekend fantastic. Only feedback would be to send the check-out instructions with the check-in (and again before check-out). Not everyone reads their email on vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The communication with Sweetgrass was excellent and response time was good. We rented bikes and a golf cart to use to get around. It was a little ways to the pool and beach. Golf cart is definitely easier if you have stuff to carry. House had ample room and all your basic needs. The mattresses weren't the best and kitchen did not have a ton of storage for food. 2 refrigerators was wonderful. There is a not a bathroom for basement room so that was a little inconvenient for those sleeping downstairs. Overall, great stay! We loved Seabrook and will be back to Seabrook next year.
