This lovely house Casa Mirasol is located in the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This holiday home has been fitted with every conceivable comfort: you not only have a swimming pool behind the garden, you also have the beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters from the house! The cozy center of L'Estartit is within a 5 minutes walk from the property where you can stroll through its streets or his boulevard which leads you to the lively harbor of this old fishing village. You also have a supermarket with bakery (200 meters!), where you can buy in the morning fresh orange juice and croissants for breakfast. Casa Mirasol has a lovely garden with direct access to the communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. Casa Mirasol has 2 floors: on the ground floor are the living room with dining area,open fire place and a laarge, cosy sofa and the kitchen with entrance to the storeroom. Excesivo,para las pocas comodidades de la estancia,no plaza de garage,no Wifi,no Aire Acondicionado,ningún ventilador,y para hacer uso de water,hay que subir a la planta de arriba,un sol de justicia y para coger el coche a medio día,imposible,salvo airearlo media hora,en definitiva experiencia negativa,no volveremos

Hola Manuel, muchas gracias por tu comentario. En el anuncio de la casa encuentras toda la información de la casa. Entonces, antes de hacer la reserva se puede ver que la casa no tiene parking en el garaje, ni wifi y tampoco aire acondicionado. También hay muchas fotos con la distribución de la casa. De toda forma espero que tengáis unas buenas vacaciones. Un saludo, Wouter

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Objekt, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Alles nötige war vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe. Zentrum fussläufig in 15 min zu erreichen. Ruhig und ausreichend parkmöglichkeiten. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Es war im Oktober und dementsprechend war der pool sehr kühl. Gerne kommen wir wieder
