On the 2nd floor of the new ARIETIS Residence, this magnificent apartment with 3 suites with bathroom is composed as follows:

-An entrance with storage cupboard / cloakroom
-A living room with 2 sofas (including 1 convertible) flat screen, wifi
-A bright adjoining dining room opening onto a large south-facing balcony
-A fully equipped open kitchen (microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, 2 raclette machines etc....)
-3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 WCs (3 double beds of 2x80x200 and 1 single 90x200)
-Self-service washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor of the residence
-A ski room with direct access to the slopes for your ski departure and return,
2 ski lockers at your disposal with boot dryer

Concierge, cleaning, sheets and towels included, beds made on arrival
A deposit of 1500 euros (CB imprint) will be required upon delivery of the keys

Ideally located on the plateau and very close to the ski school meeting point

Amazing, warm, modern, clean, large apartment with very comfortable set up. True ski in, ski out - even for beginners! Everything was exactly as stated on listing and to be honest, it was better in person than the photos show. It's not often we book somewhere and walk in and feel happy immediately, but here we enjoyed every moment of our stay and loved feeling like we were 'at home in the snow'. We would definitely return. Thank you Francoise and team for a lovely apartment.

This property is beautiful. The owners have taken alot of care in decorating the property and providing everything you would need. The direct ski slope access is fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars except that we had a drain problem when we were there, which took a few days to resolve and made 2 of the bathrooms unusable and a bad smell through the property. In saying that I presume this was a one off event and I would still stay again.

The apartment was even better in real life than in the photos. Immaculate, spacious, tastefully decorated, truly ski-in ski-out, a short walk from the centre of town and almost opposite the Folie Douce, everthing about it was wonderful. Avoriaz is completely car free so, having been deposited by transfer from Geneva, we were taken to the apartment by horse-drawn sledge which was magical. Negatives were: the owners were not responsive or helpful (eg I got no reply to my message about ski instructor recommendations) and we were checked in at 90 miles an hour by someone who gave us so little time or information that we didn't even know the code to get back in through the door leading from the slopes to the ski-locker. On our day of departure we had to check out at 10am (which is normal) but our transfer wasn't until 2.30pm and there was absolutely no-where to leave our bags. This caused us a sleepless night wondering what we would do for 4.5 hours with 5 large suitcases and meant that we could not all enjoy a precious final day's skiing. Be warned!

Apartment was spacious, well equipped, safe, well located (truly ski in/out), and nicely designed. Great showers, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Nice to have two ski lockers with working boots warmers. Would book again.

What a Christmas!

This is a treasure of a property. Just on the edge of the busy and bustling Avoriaz centre, with its shops, bars and restaurants, the apartment could not have been better placed. Totally ski-in, ski-out; starting and finishing the day could not have been easier. The apartment was wonderfully presented, being extremely well appointed with everything there to make our stay perfect. Unlike many apartments we have stayed in, this was more like a home than a holiday place, snug, warm and comfortable with a fantastic view of the mountains and town. Our arrival from Geneva was seriously delayed, but Francoise and Carole quickly amended arrangements to ensure our entry was smooth and uneventful - for which we are very grateful. Overall, you will not find a better place in Avoriaz .

Lejligheden var gennemført og der manglede intet! Alt var i super stand og meget renligt da vi ankom. Generelt var der rigtig godt styr på det. Placeringen er helt igennem fantastisk, og ski-in ski-out er helt korrekt. Man behøvede hverken stage eller noget, så virkelig dejligt. Der var gode opbevaringsrum til ski og støvler og kommunikationen var hele vejen igennem rigtig nem. Stor anbefaling herfra til stedet:)

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est super, très récent avec des matériaux de qualité, bien équipé, vue splendide sur les montagnes. Tout proche de l'ESF et à 5mn du centre (la Folie Douce à 50m n'est pas génant : peu de bruit et ferme à 18h). Malgré le 2ème étage, 2 chambres donnent sur un couloir extérieur qui occasionne un peu de bruit (ainsi que les chenilles qui passent régulièrement, mais c'est propre à la station d'Avoriaz).

Superbe appartement flambant neuf.

L’appartement est magnifique ( superbe décoration et très bien équipé ) et idéalement positionné ( haut de la station, départ et arrivée ski aux pieds, proximité avec la folie douce nullement dérangeante car l’isolation acoustique est parfaite et arrêt des festivités des 18h).
