Our single floor, Spanish bungalow style villa features a beautiful 8 metre by 4 metre heated, mosaic swimming pool. The pool is guaranteed a minimum 28 degrees thanks to our electrically and solar powered swimming pool heating system, making our villa the perfect choice for winter holidays. The villa benefits from large front and rear alfresco dining and relaxing areas, which are fully equipped with BBQ, lounge seating and dining tables. We can accommodate 10 adults (plus 2 infants free of charge) comfortably in this large, well-appointed villa, utilising our 4 bedrooms plus a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The pool is child-proofed with safety gates for our guest’s peace of mind, and fully equipped with baby and child toys to keep the little ones occupied while the adults relax in the tropical island climate.The living area in Villa Victoria is spacious with a very large lounge, separate dining room with access to the sunny patios front and rear. There is also a fabulous, gated play area for children which has a large sunshade pergola so children can play safely all day long! The villa is set in tropical private gardens and is designed with families and young children in mind. Getting to Villa Victoria is easy. There are plenty of taxis at the airport which will cost roughly €20-25. We are happy to recommend a transfer service and of course car hire (should you wish to take it) is very reasonably priced. There is also a very reliable and cost-effective bus service all-round the island. Should you wish to walk into the centre of Costa Teguise, the walk along the beautiful promenade will take roughly 15 mins. Or if you prefer a taxi, the cost is just roughly €3.50. Booking with us is a synch. Simply let us know the dates you require, we will hold those dates for you for 24 hours while you check flights (if needed) Should your booking be affected by Covid quarantine being imposed for more than 3 days, and you are double vaccinated, we will allow you to book alternate dates or offer a credit note for the full amount paid. Great venue for children.

The villa was brilliant for a three generation holiday. We had our son, daughter in law and 3 small grandchildren. They loved the spacious villa and particularly appreciated all the outdoor space and playthings provided for children, such as the trampoline and x box! We bbqd and ate outdoors every night, perfect! We would highly recommend this property.

The perfect family Villa!!

Everything about this Villa was perfect for our stay. we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend. The Villa itself is a fantastic size and extremely well equipped for families with children of all ages, including babies. The owners have literally thought of and provided everything to make staying at the Villa easy and enjoyable. All local amenities, beaches, restaurants etc were in easy walking distance and Sue, the owner, was very informative with details of taxi/transfer companies and personal recommendations for the area. The Villa was well maintained, clean and the heated pool was perfect for our children and the cooler temperatures during our stay. Costa Teguise is a lovely area to visit and we would enjoy returning again. Really couldn't fault our stay. Fantastic Villa, customer service from the owners and beautiful, enjoyable family resort.

Amazing! A fantastic property for families.

This is a spotlessly clean luxurious family villa. The owners, Sue & Derek go way beyond the call of duty to ensure that the kids are safe by providing locked gates to the pool area. With this peace of mind, my 3 and 4 year old boys could play freely within the private security of the property. Mum and Dad also got to enjoy their holiday knowing that they were safe while outside. There is plenty of entertainment from sky tv, internet music system and movie package and lots of toys and inflatables provided for the kids. There is also a nice library available for guests to enjoy. This is our second time to stay in this villa and it just gets better each time. I thoroughly recommend this property.

Christmas 2010

We have 4 yr old and 2.5 yr old and we had a lovely week over Christmas this year, we even had a Christmas tree which Sue had set up for us. Costa Teguise was a nice family friendly resort, it had everything you would need, good beaches very family fiendly. The weather was warm 22-24 most days which was perfect for the children and we used the heated pool every day. The best thing about the holiday was that we got to spend most of the day outside, and then when we got home for the childrens dinner at 5pm afterwards they could play for an hour in the last of sun, in the play area with trampoline, playhouse and slide at the front of the house, whilst daddy supervised/had a beer!!

Absolutely Amazing!

I have been holidaying in Lanzarote for nigh on 20 years but as this was my first holiday with a 2.5 year old, I searched the web for a Villa with a toddler- safe pool. Difficult to get but I came across Villa Victoria in Costa Teguise. What a find! Not alone had it the toddler-safe pool area, which was my main criteria. It has literally 'everything'! The Villa is spacious, beautiful decor and furnishings, several comfortable seating areas, shaded play area for kids, with toys, bikes, slide,trampoline etc. and best of all it is 'squeeky' clean. I can't thank Sue {the owner} enough for her wonderful customer service and her foresight and generosity in providing all the extras which contribute to a relaxing family holiday. Everything worked perfectly especially the wi-fi, which was the most reliable and fastest I have experienced in all my years going to Lanzarote. I would have no hesitation recommending Villa Victoria for a relaxing and carefree holiday in Costa Teguise. You wont find better!

Perfect villa for all ages

From before we even arrived in Costa Teguise, Sue ensured that we had the best holiday ever. After a phone call and emails from her we were confident that we knew what attractions to see, where to eat and what the best beaches were. Villa Victoria had everything you could possibly want as a parent or a toddler or baby. Baby bouncers and rockers a plenty so you didn't have to keep moving them around the house, a play mat, toilet training seats, toys and books a plenty, DVD players and TVs in every room, bikes and scooters, trampoline, Wendy house. Our 3 year old son would have been totally happy never to have left the villa for the entire week. Both me and my husband and my parents were very impressed and reassured by the level of detail in the villa. The two guest books provided ideas for days out and I was very impressed with the labelling of the washing machine which with two little boys was used a lot! The villa had comfy beds and lots of lovely seating and dining areas. It felt like a real home from home and with the child gates felt very safe. Would highly recommend this villa for people taking a multi generational holiday as there is something for everyone. I loved chilling out on the swing seat and the comfy sofa on the porch and my son loved the heated pool. We would definitely come back - there's lots more of Lanzerote we'd like to explore and Villa Victoria and Costa Teguise is an excellent base.

Beautifully furnished, excellently equipped!

Villa Victoria is a VERY large 4 bedroomed property. It is beautifully and elegantly furnished, with a great deal of style. A lot of thought has gone into this home, from the choice of pictures to the lace drapes above the beds. I would like to say it was like home from home but the villa was much better furnished than my own home! Every room is large, with the dining room and lounge being particularly impressive. There is even a full size sofa bed which you could use, if your partner snores! The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of glasses, cutlery and crockery as well as griddle, oven, hot plates and a dishwasher! The bedrooms had lots of wardrobe and drawer space too. The garden areas and patios are very private. There are plenty of sunbeds to go around and a lovely comfy seating area at the front of the house where we sat having our pre dinner drinks in the setting sun! There was even a built in patio bar-b-queue for the guys to do their share of the cooking! Although we didn't have any kids with us, I could see that they had been well catered for, including the pool being very sensibly fenced off. The pool was a decent size and much warmer than the sea! I can't get over how immaculately clean this place was, both inside and out. The villa is in a quiet residential area away from all the noise of the town centre but it was only 20 minute stroll to the sea front and all the bars and restaurants. There were even places to eat nearer by, if you didn't want to go into the town centre or down to the sea. I loved this place. I can't praise it highly enough. I would recommend it to families, couples and groups of friends!

family friendly, child friendly villa

we stayed at villa victoria for one week at the end of february 2018, with my in-laws (in their 70s), my fiancee and our 3 year old son. the villa was enjoyed by all of us and there would have easily been space for more. sue was always on hand (via the telephone) if we had any questions or issues, and very helpful during the booking procedure and during our stay. i highly recommend the villa to anyone with small children, as the toys, trampoline and pool went down a treat. and all the facilities are there if you are travelling with a baby.

Fantastic Villa Victoria

What can I say about Villa Victoria other than that it was a superb Villa, everything you could ask for and more. The Location is great, easy enough to get around.. just a shame about the weather when we were there. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone and especially those with Children, as it was super child friendly and geared up for little ones to have a great time. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.

A luxurious home from home!

Villa Victoria is absolutely perfect for your stay on Lanzarote. This was our second stay with our daughter, husband and 2 little boys (3years and 14 months) and we all were so happy to be back “home” as Noah called it. It is so spacious and comfortable and the 6 of us all had room to do what we wanted - which was usually together. Sue has thought of everything that anyone could want or need whether grandparent or toddler. The excitement of rediscovering the toy treasure chest was almost too much for Noah especially when he found his ice-cream van which we all had searched long and hard for on our last day in 2017. I love the 3 defined dining areas, front and back where you can eat and follow the sun (sunken one for snacks and lounging). Unfortunately we didn’t see much sun this year but that’s so unusual. It didn’t spoil the holiday though as there’s so much to do. Every evening we strolled down to Teguise main square where we enjoyed some great meals and where all the waiters were so lovely with the children. Sometimes we walked back to walk off dinner - others we got a taxi for very little. You don’t need a car to enjoy the island but we had one and did loads. The boys loved the Cesar Manrique places - walking through the volcano tubes, dancing next to the white crabs pool (did Manrique’s cactus garden last year which Noah loved - loads of space and steps to climb) When it rained they enjoyed the aquarium - the touching pools and the shark feeding but best of all for all of us was the little farm at Orzola run by a charming young couple. We had it all to ourselves until an already enlightened German couple arrived just as we were leaving. There was a great little play park and brilliantly animals to feed - donkeys, Shetlands, ducks, pot-bellied miniature pig and goats and kids. Noah was allowed to bottle feed a 2 week old extremely friendly kid. He was thrilled. That day we had lovely sunshine and enjoyed a fabulous huge tapas lunch on the verandah with beer and wine whilst looking at their family history photo book. Wonderful! Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, Teguise, Los Hervideros (scary but thrilling) and our fabulous last lunch together at Casa Rafa, El Golfo. Look it up and visit before this enclave is deliberately destroyed as it was built 100 metres too close to the sea. So markets, fabulous food, volcanoes, gorgeous shoreline and the most fabulous Villa Victoria in which to rest and refuel. Thank you Sue so much.

Fantastic holiday at Villa Victoria

We had a fantastic 2 week family holiday at Villa Victoria, the Villa is fantastic it has everything you could possibly need and them some, Sue the owner has thought of everything. It is very child friendly as we had our 2 year old daughter with us, she was never bored plenty for her to play with and absolutely loved the heated swimming pool, as did the rest of us. The Villa itself is beautiful loads of space, 4 good sized bedrooms and having the nursery joined to our bedroom was great, also lots of sitting area outside in the sun or the shade. Sue the owner is just lovely so helpful and always there if you had any questions, she explained everything about the villa and the area down to a tee, she recommended a great transfer company for pick up and drop of from the airport they were great and very reliable. The villa is in a lovely quiet area but yet walking distance to the town and beach, there is plenty of restaurants that do good food and near by supermarkets, you also have the taxis if you don't feel like walking that are very cheap. I highly recommend this Villa it was like home from home only you get the amazing Lanzarote weather, fantastic place to stay for families.

Fabulous Villa Victoria, Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

This was the best accommodation we have stayed in and was exactly as seen in the description supplied. Gated pool ideal for our four year old and huge selection of toys and apparatus to keep him occupied. The property is immaculate with everything you could think of supplied, from cooking utensils to lovely tableware, glasses to suite every drink etc. Good selection of PS games for older ones as well as board games, dominoes cards etc. Although we didn't use it, there was everything you could possibly need if you took babies along. Supermarkets near at hand and with the taxi fare back at just 3 euros shopping no problem. Any minor difficulty was emailed to Sue and solution provided in record time (try this at home!) I would most definitely recommend Villa Victoria to anyone.

Brilliant stay at villa victoria in costa teguise

Absolutely loved our stay at villa victoria sue has thought of everything kids loved the heated pool and all the toys, happy kids happy adults teguise is a lovely place 15/20 min walk from villa but 10mins down the road it shops and restaurants. We ate out most nights and never had one bad meal had bbq at villa a couple of times too. Superb Villa, amazing!

After doing many long hours of research of where to holiday, I found this Villa, and thank goodness, it was brilliant from the beginning of the booking till the day we came home. Sue the owner is so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much bother for her. The villa was everything it was advertised to be, clean, spacious and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, and we were glad of the ceiling fans. Very child friendly, with a gated pool for added security. This pool is also heated with a heat pump, meaning it was warm all the time, we covered it anytime we weren't using it. My daughter settled quickly, with a choice of toys; a kitchen, colouring stuff, trampoline, slide, but the best bit was the use of the toddler bikes, which my youngest 2 used everyday. We hired a bike for my eldest son. Sue helped me get an online grocery shop, which was great. However the supermarket was only 10 minute walk away, and there was a trolley shopping bag at the villa that I used every time. Sunbathing was a real treat. Take your pic of which side of the Villa to sit or lie at. With a choice of shaded area's available too. All the sun loungers were so comfortable and clean. The ample sitting area's were also of such high quality. Restaurants are near by and a great list in the Villa to help you choose. Costa Teguise is a lovely area for families, it felt so safe and quiet, and had plenty to offer for a holiday. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Perfect villa for a family break

We were a party of 9 (5 adults, two teens, a 10 yo and a toddler) and the Villa really does have something for everyone. The heated pool is fantastic for all ages, while being able to lock it off from the main terrace really offered peace of mind. It's large enough to not feel crowded (great when there are so many of you) with lots of different and separate areas to sit both inside and out. The layout has been very thoughtfully planned and with young children in mind - it was fantastic to have safety gates in the right places, the monitoring equipment not to mention ample toys and games for the younger ones to play with. The nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants are little more than 5 minutes stroll from the villa - Los Amigos being a particular highlight. The information from Sue before and after has been great with lots of really helpful advice on where to go, what to do and how to get there. To sum up: I can't fault the organisation from Sue; the Villa itself; or the location and all of our party would 100% recommend this to anyone.

Beyond our expectations!

Villa Victoria is situated in a very quiet residential area about 10 minutes walk from the sea-front. It is a fabulous and relaxing place to stay where nothing has been overlooked to help guests enjoy their holiday. We loved the space and the airiness which particularly helped with a 3 month old and a 2 year old. They were so happy all of the time - especially as the 2 year old was able to play on the trampoline, ride on a scooter, "cook" a meal on the toy stove and most important of all find toys that resembled or were diggers, dumpers, cranes or tippers. So if the children are happy it follows that the adults will be too. But that's not the only reason - my daughter and son-in-law were impressed by the nursery off their bedroom which made care for the boys much easier. We loved the 3 outdoor eating areas where we could follow the sun - each one having a fabulous large table. There were loads of comfortable outdoor chairs for chilling with a glass of wine plus sunbeds and canopied swing. The pool was great - often they are too cold to use but as it was heated we could all enjoy it. Safety has been given a high priority with the pool being fenced and areas gated with keys to prevent access e.g. to the trampoline. The front gate out onto Cale de los Hellechos can only be opened with a key so that is another big plus. Sue, the owner has thought of everything to make a stay comfortable - there are pans, pots, plates, glasses galore even loads of eggcups and egg poachers which my daughter, son-in-law and husband appreciated. Think of something and I bet you'll find it! Having 2 bathrooms and a shower room was brilliant too and there were hairdryers, straighteners and a hot brush so no carting of them in suitcases. The property was very well maintained and clean and Sue was very solicitous for us to enjoy ourselves. It was easy to make contact with her but we didn't really need to do this. She is a busy lady but makes time to check that everything is as it should be and to advise on places to visit and places to eat.We managed to visit the volcano and do the trip, to have fun at Teguise market on Sunday, to lunch at Playa Blanca with its market, visit the Cèsar Manrique Cactus Garden, Porto Calero and Mirador del Rio right at the northern most tip of the island. We found the food excellent and ate at Dolmen a Sardinian restaurant, El Pescador and El Mercado, in the square plus Los Amigos and El Maestro for lunch. We will certainly recommend it.

Brilliant villa for families

This is a truly beautiful and spacious villa. It is exceptionally well equipped and set out in a way that enables guests to make the best use of sun and shade throughout the day. The layout of the villa and its level of provision means that it is ideal for families with young children. We always felt our two grandchildren, an inquisitive two and a half year old and an energetic, autistic four year old were safe and happy. A lockable gate to the lovely pool area was much appreciated and the children also loved the trampoline and the large number of toys. For us adults the comfortable veranda area and well equipped kitchen was a joy. The bedrooms were roomy and three bathrooms were so useful. Pool cleaners and cleaners were polite and efficient. A couple of minor issues with the villa were dealt with very efficiently by Sue Yates and her handyman. All in all the Villa Victoria was an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The only slight caveat is that it is about a half hour walk to the centre of Costa Teguise, and a little less to the nicest beaches, (possibly less if not walking with a four year old and a pregnant lady!). This is not a major problem unless walking is an issue for guests.

Home from home with added luxury

I say home from home because there is absolutely everything you need from kitchen equipment to flat screen televisions in every room. We are grandparents and took our two grandchildren for two weeks to this lovely villa. I have never holidayed in a villa before and never booked privately before through the owner but i am glad we did, sue the owner is so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this villa if you are holidaying with children of any age as there is plenty there to keep them happy from the large heated swimming pool to computer games and for the younger ones playhouse, toys, trampoline. The villa itself is beautiful with lots of open space yet feels very homely , bedrooms are very cosy. We would book this villa again without a second though.

OMG and WOW

When you walk through the door my title says it all the o my god was my grandchildren remarks. This is an excellent family friendly villa very safe for toddlers lots for them to play with and not get bored. We took a 2,3,8 and 10 year old with us the older two did not want to come home. The villa is spotless it is very well equipped very spacious and the pool was very clean and loads of inflatables even buckets and spades. The villa is in a quiet residential area which was very relaxing. There are restaurants and bars together with a supermarket not far away. The only negative side is I found the walk to the beach and town a little to far especially in the heat however the taxi service is excellent and only costs less than 3 euros. I would go back as we all had a great time. Sue the owner keeps in touch and you can email or phone if you have any problems.

Simply brilliant

If you want a villa with all the home comforts, plus plenty of space, this is the one for you. As a family we cannot fault it. Wi Fi, Sonos, TV,s in every room. Sky, X- Box etc etc etc. The living room could be called the ballroom, it's that big. The pool is fantastic, warm and deep. 10 minutes walk to several bars and restaurants and 20 to a huge variety of restaurants. Or you can barbecue by the pool. Add to this an owner who cares about the guests and goes the extra mile to make sue you have a great time. We have stayed in several villas around Spain, Portugal and the Canaries, but Villa Victoria has set the bar for us at a very high level. As Arnie said, "we'll be back" Thank you Sue for everything.

Great Family Friendly Villa

We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Victoria, with our party made up of 4 adults a 4 and 2 year old. Very well equipped with everything you'd need and much more. Sue was super helpful during the booking process. The only one criticism is the pool which whilst gated off is too deep for little ones. I'm 6ft 1 and I could only stand up in about the first 1/4 of the pool. Tip toes after that! The villa is located about 7 mins walk to nearest cafes/bars/restaurants and about 15 mins to the nearest beach at Playa Bastian. The main centre is about a 20 min walk. I haven't been to Costa Teguise for some 15 years and I have to say it's improved a lot since I was last there. We've been to Playa Blanca twice but we'll be returning to Costa Teguise from now on. Highly recommend the villa and Sue is clearly a true professional when it comes to holiday lets. Thanks for your help Sue.

Great for families

Spent 2 weeks at Villa Victoria in October and had a great time. The Villa was ideal for our party of 6 adults, toddler and infant. There was plenty of toys to keep the children occupied plus all the equipment needed for the baby. My only concern was the depth of the pool. I could not stand up in it but after a few days you got used to it and felt more confident. Would recommend this Villa to others x
