The views are very beautiful, free of obstacles and the area is very quiet, although a few minutes drive from the resorts, the capital Reef and beaches.
The pool is heated between 23 to 24ºC.
There is a terrace with a dining table and sun loungers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nexpresso, microwave, etc.
The living room has two heights, with a difference of five steps, resulting in a high quality space.
The master bedroom is en suite with a bed of 150 com, with dressing room and bathroom with shower over floor.
The other two bedrooms are with 2 beds of 90ctm, in one of them they are joined and in the other separated.
There is also an office desk.

What a fabulous villa! Superb location, high spec facilities and the view was incredible, with sea and mountain views. Ideally placed away from tourist areas but easy to reach all areas by car. A car is needed to get around and we recommend Sixt who are reliable and easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. Thank you to Jose who made the booking process easy. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again.

Great villa and lovely holiday

This villa is very spacious with lovely views. We stayed for two weeks and it was home from home with everything we needed from a coffee machine to washing machine and smart tv. I would highly recommend this to any family who wants to relax but be near enough to Costa Tequise for restaurants shops and night life and Famara beach for surfing and swimming. It is an ideal location to explore the island but peaceful and tranquil if you want to get away from the a busy resort. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Holiday

The condition of the house was as described and we enjoyed our holiday a lot. The location of the house is perfect and offers a beautiful view into the landscape of the island. We also liked the pool very much.

Lounge area 5*. Kitchen 5* Master bed and ensuite very confortable and very good. Outdoor area as describled but would like more comfortable seating. Twin rooms again as described and comfortable. Would def revisit.

Excellent villa in a great location!

We normally stay around Playa Blanca but decided that, to explore the top end of Lanzarote, a villa near Teguise would be good. Jose’s El Tucan villa seemed to fit with our needs and, indeed, it was excellent. From the villa it’s easy by car to reach everywhere on the island but there’s a bus stop 300m away and a small supermarket the same distance. Communication with Jose was superb at all times, he met us at the villa and explained everything to us and had left loads of really useful information. The villa itself was very clean with good bed linens and towels, the kitchen was well kitted out, outdoor furniture was adequate and the pool was good. One thing to note is that there are very few English tv channels so bring your Fire TV Stick! We could not fault communications with Jose, the villa is excellent and we can certainly recommend El Tucan as THE place to stay in the north of the island.

Wir haben als Familie 10 Tage in dieser schönen Finca mit kleinem Pool einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die zentrale Lage bei Nazaret war für uns optimal. Von hier aus sind u.a. die Strände z.B. bei Famara und Arrieta gut erreichbar.Diverse schönen Wanderungen wie z.B zum Famara-Riff bei Haria oder die Besteigung der Caldera Blanca sind sehr lohnenswert.In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zu dem viele empfehlenswerte Restaurants, auch in den lokaken Sociedads von Nazaret oder Mozaga bekommt man hervorragende Fischgerichte serviert.Der Sonntagsmarkt in Teguise ist mittlerweile nicht mehr zu empfehlen, hier wird größtenteils nur noch Touristen- und Fake-Ramsch angeboten. Teguise an sich ist sehr sehenswert aber überschaubar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Jose war sehr gut, unsere Fragen wurde immer schnell beantwortet. Bei unserem Checkin war der Vermieter anwesend und hat uns durch die Finca geführt. Die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.Für uns war es der fünfte individuelle Urlaub auf Lanzarote, wir haben also schon ein bisschen Insel Erfahrung...

Schönes Haus mit grandiosem Blick

Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Woche. Das Haus ist sehr aufgeräumt und man merkt, dass sich Jose regelmäßig und gut darum kümmert. Alles war sauber und die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, sogar mit einem Induktionsherd. Die Poolheizung ist auch im Juni noch sehr komfortabel, da der Atlantikwind immer noch sehr frisch sein kann. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf Arrecife und das Meer ist das große Highlight und kann sogar bei Bedarf vom Bett aus genossen werden. Das Haus mit Pool bewohnt man komplett allein und hat es damit sehr privat. Jose war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sogar erkundigt ob wir gut angekommen sind und ob wir was brauchen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Alojamiento acogedor con vistas al mar

Durante nuestro viaje en marzo de 2024, nos alojamos en el chalet de José. Lo primero que notamos fue la limpieza del alojamiento. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de Teguise, un sitio fantástico que vale la pena visitar. La casa en sí es muy espaciosa y acogedora, perfecta para relajarse. Con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños completos, alojó a nuestro grupo de 4, aunque tiene disponibilidad para 6 personas. La zona de la terraza con piscina climatizada es un gran punto a favor, ofreciendo el espacio ideal para disfrutar del exterior. Un detalle especial es la vista desde la terraza, ya que se puede ver el mar a lo lejos, con vistas a Costa Teguise. En resumen, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que busque un lugar tranquilo y cómodo para alojarse cerca de Teguise.

Tolles Ferienhaus in top Lage

Das Ferienhaus war für unseren Urlaub perfekt. Durch die zentrale Lage konnte alle Punkte der Insel in wenigen Autominuten erreicht werden. Der Strand ist 12 Minuten entfernt. Tolle Restaurants findet man im Nachbarort. Das Haus ist spitze für eine Familie. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und war super sauber. Wir habe nichts vermisst. Den Pool und den Ausblick haben wir täglich genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einfach, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Wunderbare Villa wie beschrieben, sehr ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht, sehr gute Ausstattung in sehr gepflegten und sehr sauberen Haus; der Pool ist angenehm temperiert und lädt zum Entspannen ein; Empfang und Kommunikation mit Jose war jederzeit unkompliziert, schnell und zuvorkommend. Una casa ideal para conocer Lanzarote

La casa de Nazaret está perfectamente situada en la isla para poder ver cualquier sitio. Las vistas son preciosas. Es muy bonita y está decorada con mucho gusto. La limpieza es muy buena y dispone de todo los necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de primera. El trato de Jose es muy cercano y te ayuda con cualquier duda que tengas. Es un alojamiento muy recomendable si viajas en familia o con varias parejas de amigos.

Belle maison et piscine chauffée

La maison est grande et très moderne. La piscine est chauffée donc il est possible de se baigner dés le matin. La vue est très belle et reposante. La communication avec José, le propriétaire, était très facile. Je recommande !

super séjour à Nazaret

Belle et grande maison avec jolie piscine dans laquelle nos enfants se sont régalés.. Propriétaire accueillant et serviable. Emplacement central en marge des complexes touristiques mais à quelques minutes de tout (en voiture ou vélo). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
