Villa Victoria is situated less than a five minutes stroll from the shops and bars and has some very fine restaurants on its doorstep. For the active tourist there are windsurfing schools and scuba diving. The water park and golf course are all close by. There are cycle and quad bikes for hire. Due to the central location of this villa a car is not necessary for this property, however there are several car hire companies providing very reasonable rates for those guests wishing to explore what the island has to offer. There are many organised tours and excursions for those holiday makers that choose not to drive. This is the resort and Villa that has it all, it caters for those holiday makers that want action, and for those holiday makers that want to close the door and leave the world behind. This Villa is a true home from home.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Victoria , location is perfect. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed and is exactly like the photos Great communication with Angela and Ian , we also met the cleaners and guy who cleans the pool . They were very friendly and very welcoming

Had a lovely stay, great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Car not required but if you want to visit more of the island car rentals near by . The grandchildren loved the pool.

Lovely Villa

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. Villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Pool was heated to a lovely temperature and was cleaned twice while we were there. Excellent communication with the hosts and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - thanks Angela for a lovely stay.

Great villa, fantastic location.

Great villa in a fantastic location, walking distance to all the main areas of the resort. Excellent villa over all looks exactly as pictured. Hosts communication was also excellent. Plenty of space inside and out and lots of amenities in the kitchen if chose to cook. Good stand and of cleaning and clearly well looked after. Would without a doubt stay again!

Truly an excellent home from home Villa

Reiterating other reviews, the Villa is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The large outside area with pool is very private and a lovely sun trap. Very close to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach and there are many supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by. What really made it for us was the thought and attention to detail Angela and Ian have put into the Villa to help visitors feel comfortable, it really felt like a home rather a holiday rental. Communication was excellent, highly recommend.

Lovely villa excellent location supermarket and restaurant 2 minutes Main square with lots of bars and restaurants 5 minutes with other bars on the way. Villa was everything we could have hoped for. Pictures do not do it justice

Great contact and ease of booking from Angela. Has all the amenities you need, like a home from home. Extremely close to Las Cucharas and Pueblo Marinero Square, no need for a car, most places in Costa Teguise are walkable. Thanks again :o)

Wonderful break in Costa Teguise

Had a fantastic week at Villa Victoria. The apparent was spacious, well equipped and in the perfect location, only a few minutes stroll to the beach, shops and local restaurants. Angela was on hand and quick to respond to any queries we had. Have already recommended to family and very much hope to return ourselves soon.

We are a couple who met in Lanzarote. We have stayed in many different Villas around the Island. Our favourite being the area where our Villa is situated now. We had the opportunity to purchase this Villa on this estate (Las Calas) in February 2009. We have since been working on it and bringing it up to our high standards, it is our home from home, if you choose to stay here we hope you will have a wonderful holiday and enjoy what the island and our Villa has to offer you.

We wanted somewhere we could have a home from home. This Villa ticked all the boxes for me and even if i did not want to drive i would have everything on hand for my holiday needs.

What makes this property unique

I have had Wi Fi fitted so i can keep in touch with family and friends during my stay. I have made some good friends out here and i try to get out as often as i can.
