The Mason House has three units.

This is Unit B, the lower right, it has a master suite with private bath with shower & stacked washer dryer. This bedroom has a sliding glass door to the rear patio. The middle bedroom has a pyramid bunk. There is a second bathroom with tub-shower and a living room kitchen combo in the front with a tile foyer and ski\snowboard racks. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, beautiful tile gas fireplace and several chairs. There is a table that expands to seat six and an eat at island with 3 tall stools. There are TV's in the bedrooms, there's cable TV & Netflix, a DVD\Blueray player & the whole house has fast WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, microhood, dishwasher, disposal, 2 coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, crock pot, 4 slice toaster and all the dishes, silverware & pots and pans you'll need. The shared rear patio has 2 gas grills & a charcoal grill. There is parking in front of the house for 2-3 vehicles.

Awesome stay!

Highly recommend Harry’s place! Extremely walkable to the village and very comfortable for our group of 4. Harry was very communicative and his place was spotless. Definitely would stay again!

Great rental/great location

Our adult children stayed at this rental property for three nights. It is a great place to stay barely a block from town where there are great restaurants and shopping. The rental was extremely clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need. Great patio and yard in the back. Owner is very nice and lives nearby. Would definitely stay again.

A True Gem

This property was clean, quiet and in a fantastic location in the heart of downtown Ellicottville. Met wit the properties owner, who happened to be outside talking to the neighbors, very friendly and accommodating.

Family road trip

Family long weekend from Wisconsin to E’ville to visit hometown. All 17 of us had a great time. House was great and very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed. Close to all activities. Would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful Fall Weekend

A++ experience overall! Clean, quiet, and convenient apartment rental! Everything worked great and the apartment was very comfortable. Enjoyed cooking breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect to walk into town for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!!

we stayed with another couple and this place was just beautiful. It was super clean. The beds were comfy and the location is fantastic! it had a beautiful patio in the back to sit out and enjoy, and with beautiful birds to watch! The property manager. Harry was amazing to work with and made our stay fantastic!! would definitely recommend and will be on the top of our list for the next stay in Ellicotville!

Canadians getting away

Just came to town for a relaxing get away. Saw this on VRBO and took a shot, have not done this many times, it was great. 1 1/2 blocks to downtown core was so nice, we walked everywhere. Place was very clean and all amenities were there and in order. It is nice to do this stay because we, 2 couples, could enjoy the living room area together, not like a hotel. Met owner and filled me in on everything, and made us feel comfortable. We took the bunk beds, a bit hard to sleep for adults, but it is not to take away from our stay. I would recommend this unit and owner to anyone. Thanks, it was truely a relaxing and fun trip.

We had a fabulous weekend in Ellicottville. This property is in a great location. It’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and a very short drive to Holiday Valley. The unit is clean and has every accessory you would need for the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are ver nice and the beds were comfortable. There is a nice patio out back with a grill and large table. Harry had great communication And was very accommodating in letting us check in early. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ellicottville.

Lovely renovated accomodation

Cute old church building. It retains some of that charm yet is modern, clean and super comfortable. Well appointed just about covers it. It's a short walk to E'ville's "Main Street" where there is so much to do. Nice place, nice owner. Enjoy.
