Charming Villa Frontera is located in Nova Vas, a small town 6 km far from Poreč. The house is suitable for max 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room there's an exit to the terrace with garden furniture and a private swimming pool of 25m2. Living area consists of three bedrooms; a bedroom with a double bed with an exit to the terrace, another double bed bedroom and one bedroom with two separated beds including a baby cot. Bedrooms with double bed are air-conditioned. Furthermore, two bathrooms with a shower are on guests' disposal. Washing machine is available, free of charge. A quiet charming location combined with this nicely decorated house will surely provide you and your family a wonderful vacation in Croatia. Villa Frontera from the nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car, while the restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity. A maximum of one pet is allowed, and the garden is completely fenced.

Check Inn konnte ab 16:00 Erfolgen, um 16:30 bekam ich einen Anruf wann wir denn kommen, da die Agentur nur bis 17:00 besetzt ist. Schlüssel lag dann im Briefkasten der Agentur. Das Tor auf den Hof konnten wir nicht öffnen, die Anfrage wie dies zu öffnen sei blieb bis zur Abreise unbeantwortet. Die über WA gesendeten Ausweise, so wie von der Agentur erbeten, wurden ebenfalls bis zur Abreise nicht abgerufen. Kein Hinweis zur Abreise, Schlüsselrückgabe usw. Haus war ok, keine Heizung daher relativ kalt, Pool war mit grünem Rand von Algen und auf dem Boden relativ verschmutzt.

Wahnsinn!

Sehr nette Vermieter, hat alles ohne Probleme und schnell funktioniert. Das Objekt mit dem Pool ist wirklich Klasse. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt. Das Haus hat sehr hellhörige Wände, aber das macht eigentlich nix aus wenn das Wetter passt. Werde da auf jeden fall wieder hin gehen.
